20 Very lazy employees, walk away if you’re a business customer.
I’ve had a business account with them for 3 years and every time I walk in for assistance they give me a phone number to call, unless there’s a manager on staff then they will assist you.
Stay away. Kids in there wasted 4 hours of my time today. Have limited knowledge of services offered. What is troubling is the confidence they exuded when providing incorrect information.
Darien was incredible! Patience and professionalism. So happy I got to work with him. He really worked and made sure my account issues were resolve! Thank you Dariel
I usually have a great experience with this store, and I wasn’t even going to bother leaving a review until I saw another review stating that this particular worker was “worth promoting”. Last month my boyfriend and I came in with a couple questions regarding our plan. Santiago took care of us and answered our questions briefly, and proceeded to tell us about a promotion they had where if we added two lines, it would lessen our bill. Long story short, I can’t believe I fell for it. He wrote it all down like he truly knew what he was talking about. Now I see it as what it was, blatant lies. My bill was nearly $150 more and I was charged over $100 in fees. Shoutout to Nadine with the Loyalty department for dealing with my crabbiness, taking a look at the avoidable mistakes Santiago made to my account and helping fix the situation. Hopefully whatever little bonus or commission he received for playing us was worth it.
Went inside to try to pick up a phone. Couldn’t get it because I wasn’t an authorized user. Okay, no problem. I get added as an authorized user and go the next day to pick it up. It’s busy okay no problem I’ll wait, almost an hour goes by until one of the employees asks me how they can help me. I finally get help and get told I couldn’t get the phone because the phone number had an issue then this other employee comes and instead of giving me more information as to why there was an issue, he just says “we can’t give you this phone” and “we can open a new account but we can’t give you this phone” with an attitude.
I had the best experience when i came to this store it was so great i asked for an application myself, dariel was amazing! He helped me find the ipad and watch i wanted! The energy in the room was amazing from all employees! Highly suggest you guys come visit!
Very fast knowledgeable, and very professional, friendly service. Awesome job by Lucas. I had travel from Miami (100 miles plus) this its how excellent and happy i was to come to the store again. Att should hire more people like him.thanks a million Sir.
Jaden, Sierra, Dillon and Lucas, Lucas and Brianne are invaluable at the AT&T store. Kudos to their entire team for fixing a ridiculous problem under the gun. Please give each of them a slap on the back and a raise.
I went into the store today to get a new screen protector, and immediately i was treated with a bad attitude from SANTIAGO. He was not trying to help me at all. He just kept trying to get me to buy airpods, and continued to yell at me when I did not want to buy them. He didn’t know anything about his job and was extremely rude. I will not be coming back here.
Really impressed with the store at Gulf Coast Town Center. The staff were all busy with customers. Lucas T who I believe is the manager was especially impressive. Was able to assist his team members all while working with his own customers. He acknowledged everyone who came through the door. Exceptional customer service skills. The way he managed his team and those who were waiting was really impressive. I don't believe in rewarding folks for doing their job but this young man deserves recognition.
The team members at this location were wonderful to work with. They provided me with sufficient service within a timely manner. I look forward to returning to them for any future purchases.

Quick and easy service! There’s a big difference between a corporate store and an authorized store (which we never go to). The young guys Lucas and DJ that helped us were very friendly and knew their stuff. I went in to trade in my phone and sold me to add a watch. They had the phone I needed in stock and he transferred everything for me and I was walking out the door in 30 minutes. Thank you again ATT for taking care of us!
I am on vacation, going back to Missouri tomorrow. My phone died! The young man at AT&T found the issue and got my phone back on! Thank you & sorry I didn’t catch your name, and the one blond guy, who was funny.

Terrible experience both on phone and in store. I have NO service at all at my home or neighborhood. Trying to get a cell booster is more difficult than u can imagine. Still no service, no return calls or satisfactory result.
Great service, completely friendly and super reachable to people, Ramses was very approachable and helped me a lot in a few minutes!

BEST experience we EVER had at an AT&T Store and we've been to plenty! Santiago and Lucas were EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and just fun to be with! We bought 2 new watches and an Apple iPhone 14 ProMax:)
