Let me start by saying I hate going into the store for cell phone dealings. Felisa McClain made what could’ve been an excruciating experience into a pleasant one that will now help secure even more business in the future. Her knowledge coupled with a willingness to find answers she didn’t know and a general pleasant demeanor was what Merriam Webster would define customer service.

Her managers Anthony and Reide could have easily hang back, as she did her thing but they jumped in, rolled sleeves up and helped ensure I got everything I wanted done.

I, originally, went in to move one phone from a competitor and purchase a hot spot. However, due to their amazing service. I walked away buying the hotspot, moving two phones, watch, tablet, and upgrading a phone and the tablet. In the end, I actually saved money even with adding new devices and a hotspot.

Pace AT&T on Hwy 90 is a well-oiled machine with genuine people that understand that you got to build trust to gain buy-in.

Felisa was amazing, extremely helpful and fast. She helped me figure out solutions to a very complicate issue with different phones, services, and plans. I am extremely satisfied. Please see her at the Pace AT&T store if you are ever interested in a new phone or phone plan!

The people I met in there were terrific. They were patient, kind, and extremely helpful with me setting up my new phone account. I had to make 3 trips to that store due to my credit freeze I have for my peace of mind and all 3 times staff was very helpful and kind!

Jack was extremely patient and took his time explaining everything to help us understand our new service. He made the process easy and explained everything perfectly, and I will definitely be returning for any future busines!

I am very unhappy with the service I received in this store. The rep created more problems than he solved. Weeks later, I am still dealing with the problem that he created on my account. Initially, I posted a positive review because they asked me to. But, as this problem continues to linger, I am changing the review. Don't trust what Harper says.

Jack at AT&T was so helpful in getting my family set up with our new phones. He was extremely patient and went above his job description to help us. He was VERY knowledgeable and took extra time to make sure I understood everything. I’m terrible on phones and because he knew that, he did it all for me! Jack was the best and from now on will be the our go to guy! Thanks jack!

Jack did an outstanding job helping me out. Very patient and helpful. The issues I was having at another AT&t store was not solvable but was able to get my issues resolved at the Pace location. Definitely coming back and referring my friends to this location.

Jack was such a huge help, I have been with Verizon for years and my bill was never the same with them. I explained to him why I wanted to change and he helped me and got me brand new phones for less than half of what I’m paying at Verizon. He was very professional and did AMAZING I could not have asked for a better experience. He treated me better than Verizon has customer service wise in years!

STORE: 5+ Stars
I wasn’t able to do a change online, had to go to an ATT corporate store; scheduled appointment for Pace. The 5 associates were busy helping customers but did acknowledge me, so I had a seat.
Within a few mins I was greeted by Harper, I explained what change I wanted to do and within 15 mins he had all information checks and documentation entered for me to complete the account change! “IMPRESSED” “GREAT JOB Harper! ”

Now, I had to call (BFE) ATT (with higher then normal wait times) so they could complete the account change.
Harper patiently sat with me for 30 mins while I was on hold and until I had to leave.
Fast forward 3.5 hrs, I was still on hold and during this hold 3 associates answered only to tell me they had to transfer me to the correct department.
Finally, after 4 hrs on hold Shell answered and within 10 mins she had everything changed. And YES it was done correctly!

Travis was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with assisting my husband and I get our iPads. Very efficient as well - was in and out! He even showed us some video features on our iPhones that increases the quality!

I have avoided the Pace store for the last 2 years until yesterday because of my previous experiences in the store with customer service and management. Stopped by just to see if they had the phones we wanted in stock. My experience today was 100 percent different from my previous experiences. Wesely was awesome and easy to chat with when I came in. Management acknowledged people as they came in and put them on the waiting list himself (not via a kiosk). When it slowed down and I was finishing up my purchase the atmosphere between the employees seemed to me that they all get along. Whatever they're doing keep it up. Today was a much better experience and AT&T needs to make sure they recognize and keep the crew that's there as long as they can. Seems to me like the right group of people.

Will not go back to this store! Me and my wife went in trying to purchase a new phone after three people came in after us and was helped first we finally left.customer service in this store is terrible do not use this store.

Felisa was very patient and helped me through a 5 year ordeal with a phone line we didn’t sign up for. It took over 2 hours but she stayed the course. We have been customers of AT&T since 2003.and if it hadn’t been for Felisa and the unknown rep today we would have cancelled all services, phone, cable and internet. Felisa stayed focused on the sale and my needs as a customer, to rectify a 5 year situation. Good job Felisa. AT&T has a gem in you!

Just went into the Pace ATT store and worked with Wesley. He was very informative, and patient with me with all my questions that I asked, which were a lot. I really appreciate his help, and will definitely look for him the next time I come into the store. He was amazing! Thank you, Wesley!

I went in store because it said online the phone was low in stock. I was getting it for $2 online but when I went inside the store they tried to make me pay $300 up front! I just completed it online and chose the same phone. I got it three days later. I feel like they were trying to steal money from me!
