16Awful store. Trading in 2 phones for 2 new ones. When it came time to give him the old phones he wouldn’t take it at the store and told us the bring them back another time. When we did they said it was too late and there was nothing they can do. Now we’re stuck with 2 extra phones and paying full price for the new ones. Avoid this scam and go somewhere else to do a phone exchange.

I wouldn’t give any AT&T store any positive feedback. It’s one of the government protected scams. They lie to you to get your service. They told me my trade in was worth a refund. The phone was given no credit. Told me my bill wouldn’t be more than 100. Dollars a month. Everything I was told was a lie. And if you don’t stay and be taken advantage of you’re credit gets affected. When did life get so turned around.
I had a couple questions, it was worth it, got my info from a Helpful person there and was happy I stopped by.
Did awesome for me was able to direct me to getting my screen fixed and came back set me up with new s23 ultra and Hotspot for my motorhome all while staying a hour after closing to get it all connected! This was my review till my first bill showed up! Yes I upgraded my Phone and paid $400+ so to keep my bill down, added a line and used a old phone with it. My First bill $329 so now 2 lines paid for phones and watch line (watch is paid for) close to $800 for my first month. Never behind and been with At&t for almost 20 years. I always buy my phones straight from Samsung, but the convenience of walking into a At&T store got me for the last time.
Its been months trying to figure out a phone number transfer, but Ms. Rachel knew exactly what to do. Not only was she patient and listened to our request, she made sure we walked away with the best deal possible. Thank you so your help Rachel! You rock!

Shawn the store Manager assisted me with a refund and a newer iPhone express charger. I bought a new charger a few months ago that developed a serious defect, Shawn worked with me and got me a new charger at no cost. Nice crew/staff and very helpful.
Walked in thinking I needed a new phone and within a few minutes Shawn had my phone up and running! He could have easily just sold me a phone! Top notch customer service, great attitude and superior customer care! Keep up the good work guys! Thanks!
Long time Verizon user, but decided to see if I could get a better deal here. Everyone at the store was super nice and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and it was way cheaper!
I got a great deal on a new phone and their deal for first responders to get on FirstNet is amazing! Highly recommend going in and just asking what they can do for you.

Kol and Alex were phenomenal at helping me get a new phone. They really took the time to be thorough and were very patient with me and explained everything to me extremely well. I recently had a bad experience at school different store and was really unhappy and their customer service made me excited about Att again.
My daughter and I went into the store last weekend to upgrade her phone. I have done this many times with different phones at different locations and I’ve never had the great experience that I had last weekend. Rachel is amazing! She knows exactly what she’s doing and is knowledgeable in everything to do with phones, plans and billing. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She completely went out of her way to assist us in everything that we needed and took her time to answer every question we had. As long as she is there, I would never go to a different AT&T location! !
Worst customer service I have ever received. Placed an order in store. The store input my address wrong. Spoke with 2 separate people in store and nobody had a solution for me. Jesse hung up on me and didn't listen to anything that I told him. This place needs to be educated on good customer service practice which does not include hanging up on the people bringing them income. What a joke this store is.
Chris was SO helpful after switching from Spectrum by way of Target.to AT&T. We learned go to the certified shop. Thank you Chris for ALL your assistance.
Don't bother going to the corporate stores around the area, the folks here are able and willing to help you out with your AT&T needs!
