AT&T Store, Boynton Beach FL

Alexa from the 1880 N CONGRESS AVE store was a great help to us when we were in need to be informed on information about our new account with Att she's a great rep and for her great customer service my wife and I are new and satisfied Att customers.

I think her name was Chloe? She was really nice. She really went above and beyond to help me out when I came back to drop off my old phone

Wonderful experience at AT&T. I rarely give praise when it comes to cellular providers, especially retail store visits. The person that made it wonderful is the representative from the Boynton/Gateway store named Ali. He is professional, courteous, and really knows his stuff, also has the patience of a saint.

Ali is awesome! He helped with my phone service and also told me about a much plan that I have currently using. He is definitely an asset to AT&T.

I went to att today and was helped by young man. Mr. Fenel Joseph and he took the time and patience of a Saint and was just phenomenal and very knowledgeable. He made my day. I will surely recommend att and Mr. Joseph to all my friends. Thanks from a satisfied senior citizen customer rated 10 stars

It's very sad when heaven is promised but nothing is fulfilled. I had an At&t personal account with 3 lines. I went to the store to check if there was a cheaper plan because I was spending to much money on it. The sales rep Juan Echeverri and the store manager Evan Muniz offered me to open a business account which I would have a better plan and also a credit of $400.00 in my third month.
It's been more than 3 months and the credit of $400.00 that was promised was never seen.
I've contacted customer service and I was informed that as the deal was in the store I would have to call the store since the "promise" was made when opening the new account. I've called Evans many times, but he doesn't answer the phone. When I call Juan, he says I have to speak with Evans. Anyway, I see that I will never see this amount promised in the negotiation. I could never imagine that a company like At&t would have professionals like these. It is sad!
After all this trouble I will move to Verizon!

Both times my fiance and I had thr pleasure of working with Ali. He is simply the best! Very honest and genuinely cares about his customers!

I paid off my phone and somehow they have it listed stolen so it is not working properly. They keep giving me the runaround

I highly recommend this particular store location due to the superb customer service I received from Ali. He is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and attentive. It would be great if all AT&T associates were more like him.

Rude employees, terrible customer service and completely unable to do anything positive to help a long-time customer.
The young lady providing me zero help clearly hates her job and should not be doing something that involves meeting the public.

I was at the AT&T store at Congress and Gateway. Ali was my representative and he was so patient, considerate and kind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. If I was to need him I would definitely go back to seek his services
