12 DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING AT&T! I had a horrible experience that started in 2020, I went to this I store near international drive and the outlet stores; I requested to open a 2 lines for me and my sister and we set a monthly payment. I believe we set the payment to be 135 monthly for the two lines, next month my first payment came as 250 and I started to make complaints to the store manager (Jared) then he said that he would make sure they give me credits to lower the payment and this stayed like this for months! Nobody help me lowering my monthly payments and to pay over 250 for 2 lines it was outrageous! Then I decided to go with a different network and I transfer my number to T-Mobile which is the same company that I’m using now. Before I complete my transfer to the new network I called AT&T costumer service and ask about any debts or anything else that I needed to take care of before going on a different direction, they said everything was good and I should not worry about any other payments, they even gave me a case # and the name of the person; months later I get a phone call from AT&T claiming over $2k on debt and I explained that I already talk to costumer service I gave them the case # and the person’s name that talked to me back then… they said we don’t know that person and we don’t have any case number on our records and that I had to pay the debt! I refused to do it so they send me to collections. That not only caused me a lot of stress but my credit was affected! I made a dispute with a government entity and they help me taking that collection account away. Now a few weeks ago another collection company put the collection on my credit report and I am in a process of buying a house… it not only affect me emotionally but I had to be forced to pay $1400 to take this collection account away from my credit report and not loose the sale of the house! I should’ve close the deal weeks ago and now everything has been delayed! I asked AT&T multiple times where is the debt coming from
And they don’t even know because is not in their hands now. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AS A CUSTOMER.
To my surprise…. This store would not sell me a phone at full retail price! $1300.00 will go to another store. Ignorant people to say the least!

Stores no help tells you to call customer care can’t answer general questions just want to make a sale
This place is ridiculous. They are not a corporate store so when things go bad they then go… oh we aren’t corporate so we can’t do that or help you out.
Wasted three hours here with Chris who said he would get my phone fixed. Charged me 106 dollars to upgrade my phone and then told me they can’t upgrade me but that I had to go to a corporate store. I went to corporate and they told me to go back to this store to get my 106 dollars back and that no one else besides the store could help me. I went back and they wouldn’t refund the $106…. Multiple excuses like “go to your cc company, this is actually better for you, ” and other horrible lies.
Don’t go here… don’t trust them, go to a corporate store from the beginning.
This is not a "corporate store". They're basically there to sell stuff. Not to fix any kind of issue; Why have an ATT store that can't assist you with any ATT issue?
They're only helpful when selling plans and phones. You'll know how efficient they are when you have a problem and visit the store. Just read the reviews!
Chris, the representative in the store was helpful and courtesy. He used great patience and was very well mannered. You definitely have a great employee working for you guys. Thanks Chris.
NOTE This location is NOT a corporate store even though they have no signs saying so. Complete waste of my my time!
