11Chris at the store in the Fountains, Plantation, FL was very helpful. My wife and I both upgraded our iPhones. I went from a dying 6 (the reason for our visit) to a 13. My wife from an 11 to a 14. Chris helped us pick out the new phones and accessories, transferred the contents from the old phones to the new ones and helped us save a few bucks off the monthly bill. The experience was excellent.
Best store, really knowledgeable guys, Raymond, Anderson, Xavier, and Chris really helped me with getting new phone and fiber internet promos
Chris and Ray are amazing they was so helpful helping me port from T-Mobile and I’m glad they got to help me because with our the I would of been stuck playing a crazy bill
I just had a great experience at this location! Anderson stepped right up and helped me right on the spot! I had dropped my phone and cracked it and I was hoping I only needed a new screen protector, which Anderson happily agreed to put on for me. Unfortunately, my screen was shattered underneath the phone protector, so I needed a new screen. Anderson immediately helped me file a claim with Asurion, since I have insurance and gave me the directions of the nearest repair center. I am already at the repair center and my claim went through and in 40 minutes I’m going to have a new screen! Thank you Anderson! You rock! On a side note, I have purchased my phone, my husband’s phone and my mother’s phone at this location and they have the nicest employees!
Great and fast service. We ordered two phone one of which it wasn’t available in the store so we did an online ordering and they came few days later. Thank you
Not very helpful at all.
I am already a ATT customer and have a Galaxy watch 5 that, for some reason or another is not taking a charge from my current charger. Just walked in the store to ask if I could just place on a charger for a second to see if it was the watch or my charger that went bad. Right bawdy said we don't have a charger or do we sell samsung watches
Sorry, but I'm not buying for a second that there was absolutely no way she could have helped me. No charger in the entire store? She was more interested in chasing me out of the store than helping me find a solution.
Horrible employees with trash customer service. I was told to pay my bill and call Samsung for help because all AT&T does is sell phones. The employees sit around and do nothing. The manager said he was the boss and has no one higher than him. Everyone refused to give me their name and the manager threatened to call the police if I did not leave. He told me not give his staff an attitude when they were sitting laughing and making comments. I have been to the store multiple times and have had a horrible experience each time. If I never go back there, it will be too soon.
What i a big mistake getting a phone from them and being stock and what they call a promotion and not a contract but it works just like a contract for over two years! Signing up at AT&T will make it go broke for life. The bell is always so high and you don’t have to add anything. I remove anything it stays. That way I will not work with you anyways so forget about calling them about any unusual charges or to work out a cheaper bill.
Went in today to upgrade my wife’s phone and they handle everything in about 20 minutes so thankful to Khalisa and the rest of the staff. Customer service was phenomenal and the whole experience was a pleasant one.
Carlos is very rude … walked in and he didn’t greet me nor my mom, not to mention I called prior to coming here to make sure they had the phone I needed, I get here 30 minutes later and the young lady who was on the clock prior to him I guess clocked out … he finally says something “hello? Do you need help” I mean well obviously…. I proceed to tell him I called and the young lady told me that she has 3 14’s in stock she even had me on hold to “look” … he’s literally arguing me down and doesn’t even bother to look or say he sold the phones or whatever the case was … I told him that she looked it the back and he proceeds to ask me “did you see her go in the back” sarcastic…. Embarrassing me infront of the people he are already servicing lol. Safe to say the young lady came back off of her break to help us … SO IF YOU COME HERE DONT GO TO CARLOS HIS ATTITUDE SUCKS AND EVEN HIS COWORKERS SAID THATS HOW HE TYPICALLY ACTS!
