19Danny helped me and he was very kind and patient. He even stayed after store hours to help me fully transfer my info from my old phone to my new one when he could have just sent me home. He offered polite conversation and was even kind in response to rude customers that interrupted our sales transaction. Great employee, give the man a raise.
Bad experience, I signed up with AT&T on March 31,2023. It's been nothing just a disaster, the staff are nice but they are not telling the truth. They lied about promoting and service. They gave me a tester line for 2 days and supposed to be disconnected because I signed up for service. The tester line never disconnected I have been getting a bill for it. I took the bill back to the store Nick said "don't worry I will take care of it" two months letter the bill keeps getting bigger and now I have to deal with the dispute with the cooperate office. Just save you a trip and go to another location.
Upon arriving to the store I was impressed by the large and spacious parking lot. I was met at the door with smiling and friendly staff that was willing and ready to help assist all needs and answer any questions I had. I was thoroughly explained a breakdown of what to expect of my first bill and upcoming bills and adjusts me there an after.
If you're looking for new device, upgrade, or information I would certainly recommend stopping by this AT&T location.

Called customer service, they referred me to the store, store referred me to a loyalty phone #, and loyalty referred me back to the store…. Complete waste of time. Asked the manager to call customer service with me, and she refused because it was “a waste of time”
Jamie did an incredible job. She helped me from start to finish was very polite and very courteous.
Went here to repair a broken phone under AT&T acct. They were unable to repair it or transfer the data from it to a new one. They sure did want to sell me a new $1k+ phone though.which didn't happen. I won't be back.

Everyone was so incredibly helpful! We worked with Nick and the manager, Tia, who was wonderful! They took time to answer all the questions we had, and even turned on a cartoon for my daughter when she got bored. We felt welcome and comfortable there, which is a massive difference from all other mobile stores we've shopped at.

AT&T HAS GONE SO FAR DOWN IN SERVICE & QUALITY ITS REDICULOUS. THEY HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGING ME FOR MY SERVICES AND DISCONNECTED THEM WHILE I'VE BEEN PAYING. I DONT MESS AROUND WITH MY RESPONSIBILITIES. DO NOT BECOME A CUSTOMER WITH AT&T YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY REGRET IT!

This store has the best management team and customer service. It’s been my go-to ATT store for years now, and today just confirms why. I recently had a major issue with how my phone plan was set up that prevented me from getting a promotion as advertised. I went into the store today and was assisted by Tia, the store manager. She is such a great listener, empathetic, and expert at the technical aspect of her job. She was able to identify the issue immediately and within a short time was able to get my plan set up correctly so I could receive the advertised promotion I thought I was to have several months prior. It’s really hard to find this level of customer service these days, and I really appreciate her and how her team helped me from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left! -Frank O.
Really bad experience. We have been told to come back the next day every time we visited here for some issue. Lost 110 dollars due to inefficiency of the staff while signing up and never got any help for getting the money back. Quite rude people and most unfriendly and unhelpful. Extremely unsatisfied with the service and wish we never signed up to AT&T from here. #AT&T
Greg is the most helpful it gets! We went to the store to create a family plan, and he went every extra mile to make sure we got the best service, price, and care there was. All six of us are extremely thankful! We hope he is rewarded for the amazing professional he is!
The were very helpful. The fixed my Hot spot box with a new sim card. Connected it to my phone and l got home and it was easy to connect to my laptop. I would refer them to my family and friends.
