AT&T Store, Melbourne FL

Yesterday, I was told by the manager that once again AT&T had taken advantage of me in June, By telling me that my 2 phones were free, they are not. I'm stuck in a 36 month contract.when I wouldn't play storytime with a Young associates because I was upset. He actually went on my Google business page and called me rude.he made a review saying stay away from my company. He should be terminated immediately.as I love the manager. I'm not happy with the company he works for. I'm a single father. I needed to go grocery shopping. I need to pick up my son from school. And I had a doctor's appointment sorry I didn't have time for storytime.

We were greeted so kindly by Trenton whom opened the door for us. He was so friendly and jumped right in to help us. Brandon was also so helpful trying to fix my iPhone issue. I wasn’t there to purchase, only needed help and I certainly got that from the excellent service of them both. I’m so grateful for their help and kindness.

Kudos to Malcolm, Shu and Brad! This is the best by far of customer service I’ve ever received! Each one of them works as a team. The store manager Malcolm can multi task like crazy! If you want great personal service you have to see the trio at this store! It’s a hidden gem. Thanks ATT you did an amazing job with these gentleman!

Love them! The store manager Malcolm, Bradley, and Josh, are the best ever! Transferred to ATT fiber and they set it up, came to my house and set up all TVs and and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Great service and thanks to everyone

The associate I worked with was exceptional and knowledgeable, however after waiting a period of time then going through a lengthy pricing process, the store was out of the phone I wanted. Not only were they out of that particular color, they were out of all of colors!
Do your homework before you shop at this store and don’t expect a chair if you have to wait like I did. They don’t have those either.

My experience with the new ATT store by Fresh Market on Wickham Rd was exceptional. Shu and Brad were just great. My husband & I were at wits end with trying to install our DirectTV service from UVerse. Dealing with the corporate office was frustrating and we were told installation would be a breeze. For us, not so. We discovered the new Att store by Fresh Market and stopped by on a Sunday afternoon with our “issues and problem”. They were terrific and patient with listening to us, and letting us know exactly what to do. When we left they told us to be sure and let them know how everything worked out and to come back if we had any other issues. There is no substitution for in person customer service and if it wasn’t for Brad and Shu, we probably have cancelled our service.
