The worst ATT store I even been to. I had an issue with my esim and came to this store looking for help and was charge $5 dollars for an esim card. Att was always advertising that esims were free and free to activate and transfer from one device to the other but now I was charge 5 dollars for them to fix an issue that it wasn’t my fault.
Today I visited the store looking for information about purchasing a phone and I was very satisfied with the treatment of the workers who assisted me, especially the representative Nora, who was very happy with her experience.
Our experience was perfect. Thanks to Angel, his customer service was excellent.
