Went In for an upgrade and when the att rep asked if I wanted insurance on the phone I said no. Now I’m looking at my bill and it was added anyways an extra $17 dollars after I decline it. I’m guessing they do that to get more commission. I’m sure they get plenty of people who are not aware that this is being added with out their consent.
Great service at this ATT.went to 3 different ATT stores the previous days, and teenagers there did not help. Here, I received the help I needed and with great attention.

Incredible AT&T store. Josue Hernandez was extremely knowledgeable and turned what is usually a horrible two or three hours into a very simple 30 minute experience. This man is the epitome of customer service (and I have trained customer servers people around the world). Well done, Josue!
Alfredo that helped me was/is great. I have been waiting for a store manager to close an account for a relative that has been admitted to a nursing home. Going on nearly 30 minutes while she works with a customer, which could be done by another associate. Will not be using AT&T after this experience.
