AT&T Store, Hialeah FL

Good morning. I have an AT&T s23 and I can't update the software, because as you know I need a card without and I live in the Dominican Republic and I wanted to know if you can help me with that problem

Terrible service, I put one star because there is no option to not put any. I arrived at this store looking for a service and I spent 10 minutes waiting at the door and no one deigned to approach me or to know why I had gone, they just looked at us and continued with their business. Best AT&T experience I’ve ever had, hands down. The manager Alanna has such great energy and is so supportive of her team. Coming from someone who’s worked customer service most of my life, this store truly is at the top of my list. I will return to only this location moving forward. The staff is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and made sure to let me know of additional fees I may see which I really appreciate because most places tend to leave that part out. Great experience, great team, great management. And they had such fun personalities I felt like I was hanging out with people I’ve known my whole life! 10/10. Thank you so much!

On Sunday, January 22 at 1: 20 PM, I went to this store one of many more times to solve another problem with them of the many that I have had in that store and the two girls who were there precisely that day and at that time treated me very vulgar. They told me that the problem I had could not be solved and the assistant who posed as a manager told me that my problem had no solution that simple, it is not the first time that I have had problems with them because they overcharge me and put me under my name accessories that are not mine and then they tell me that it is my responsibility when they do not do their job, many times they do not give you the correct information and it seems that they do not want to do their job one of them is Mariana Vedrano and the other is Adriana Perez, whom I called to ask their names and I don't know if they gave it to me correctly but I hope that with the day and time their manager knows who they were and what they should do because what has happened to me in that store is already disrespectful repeatedly
