Selena is absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to help my son and I! Not only once but twice! When the bill arrived and we had questions, she was patient, kind and she actually DID something about it! I highly recommend asking for Selena at AT &T in Tradition for your phone, internet or any AT & T services.

Whatever you do, do not go here! They spread misinformation about discounts and plans. I submitted a complaint to corporate about their business practices.

We came here and transferred our service from Verizon to ATT because we were under the impression that we would get a 25% discount since a family member worked at a hospital nearby and would be consider a “first responder. ” They apparently “verified” this in their system. We had informed the store employee that the person is not a doctor or nurse. (ATT uses first net to verify first responders but there are buckets only certain first responders occupations fall under). They REASSURRED us they would be able to apply the discount with no problem before we ported over our numbers. 25% was a big factor on why we switched.

6 trips to the store later to provide first responder documentation, work badges, paychecks, etc. Nothing worked and no help from any of the store employees and managers. Promises to call us back and never did. Literally once we had ported our numbers and they got our business. The discount not working was no longer their problem anymore. They punted us to a corporate line. It was only then I found out the hospital employment provided NO discount whatsoever to our plan.

In hindsight, we would never have switched. DO NOT GO HERE!

Jorge was fantastic! He helped me trade in my iPhone 12 with no hiccups whatsoever and even handled transferring my cloud data backing it up to my new iPhone 15 Pro Max! I hope to see him again so we can close in on even more deals!

George was so helpful with the Internet installation and setting up the technician over the phone. He also made a great effort to get me my TV Equipment promptly and easily! Great customer service!

I had a tough situation of trying to switch my old number to my new phone, difficult enough that I thought I wouldn't be able to. Matt, the store manager, spent over 3 hours with me over multiple visits to get it done somehow. He must have been a magician in another life as this was straight out of the hat magic which saved me in countless ways. Come here to Matt and his awesome crew, they will get it done whatever it is. Thank you Matt and crew!

The team at this location is excellent. Very personable and efficient. They helped me upgrade my phone and my sisters phone, as well as switch my internet to fiber. These changes actually lowered my bill and the fiber has been the fastest internet we’ve had in our home!

We bought new cells there a month because we changed companies and we are now with AT&T. Since then our cells stopped working 3 times and we had to go back for them to repair them. They tried everything and they couldn't put them back to work and every time they finished changing the sync card and then they started working. We can not be like this so we tried to cancel and they told us that then we would have to pay $400 which we don't have. So I hope this doesn't happen anymore because we can not be paying in we have no service

Today I went to upgrade my phone and Roxana the employee that help me was amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. This is the best experience that I have ever had in a phone store.

Caitlyn did a great job of helping my mother in law with her phone upgrade. Her patience was very appreciated during this process. Even going so far as to give us recommendations while explaining the pros and cons. It was a nice change of pace from the usual “sell everything” approach. She really listened and helped us find the right solution for us.

The employee Caitlin that we dealt with did not seem to know any of their own policies when it came to account creation and line transfers. When asking for clarification she began to get an aggravated and hostile tone, and told me to call customer service and they could answer any questions.

What’s the point of going to a store where the employees are rude, unhelpful, and tell you to call customer service instead of finding out the answers themselves.

If Caitlin is your only option at this store, leave and go to a different one.

READ ME! First of all this isn’t a corporate location it’s a 3rd party franchised store. The fat guy who is the district manager is named Daniel Palleschi but you won’t get help from him because he’s sitting on the couch somewhere with crumbs on his chest…. The people here aren’t honest. They Raise your bill but tell you you’re saving money. They’ll say you “qualify” for a free tablet but in reality you’re paying 30 bucks for the line it uses. If they try to pitch you fiber Run the other way. Worst internet service around belongs to AT&T… Don’t trust these people no matter how sweet and innocent they seem, they are all trained to scam and raise you’re bill.
