At the At&T store in Sumter Landing, FL…The Rep's name was Angel. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and listened to what we needed first.

After helping us, he reviewed our contract and suggested new & improved ways to make our experience as AT@T clients work for us.

In the future, if we have any issues, we will go back to that location to work with Angel.

He is a 9.95 out of 10!

Had me sign up for a second line to get a new phone and said my payments would be $10 more a month. Now stuck with 2 lines and I can’t keep my own number. I am paying off my phone and switching carriers. Manny the “manager” should know better! Taking advantage of people in the Villages.

This AT&T Store, At Old Mill Road, In The Village's, Florida, Was Great At Helping Me Solve My Problem.

Everyone at this store is great but especially Devon has helped me over and over. I live in Leesburg but it's worth the drive to come to this store. Jacob is also great and helpful. Super job.

I needed help with setting up my new phone, the SIM card in the old one. He set me up with a new SIM for my new phone, and transfered all data from the bad phone. He also got me set up with unlimited data for the whole family. Very personable and great to work with.

My experience at the AT&T store in Lake Sumter Landing was amazing. I Had the pleasure of working with Devon Polling and he was AWESOME, he knew what he was doing and was very good at his job. The people at AT&T in Lake Sumter Landing are amazing and know what the are doing.

My experience was excellant but for the fact the store had no inventory of the phone i wanted, so I was forced to wait a couple of days. The store rep was very helpful

This location is in one of the town squares in the Villages. I was told to go there to update products and services by ATT customer services on the phone. These issues must be done in person they said. The help at this location were rude, unprofessional, incompetent and do not reflect the customer service and care usually shown at all other ATT stores. These. Kids should have their pay reduced to their customer satisfaction level. They behaved like privileged brats. They told me what I had to resolve should be done online even though I informed them that customer service on the phone specifically said to go to that location to upgrade and resolve with them.
