AT&T Store, Live Oak FL

I went looking for a phone case and even though she didn't have one she gave great customer service.

Worked with Ryan and he was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back to this store.

My old phone DIED… but Randi and Ryan was AMAZING very polite and PROFESSIONAL. They made the experience pretty painless. My old phone wouldn’t hold a charge so I had to come back the day and team Samantha came in for the finish. I’m very pleased with the RESULTS.

I had a poor experience working at this AT&T location I dealt with discrimination, management with personal vendetta against me, and it got to the point where the manager at the live oak location put her hands on me. I reached out to the district manager every day about the problems I was facing but nothing ever happened and once she put her hands on me I was forced to drive an hour to continue working for the company. Long story short until the company has management follow the rules or has a change of management it’s not a good company to work for.
