Awesome Experience with the Store Rep!
I recently visited the Tarpon Springs store and had the pleasure of being assisted by their incredible representative, Lexx. She made my phone upgrade experience a breeze! From patiently explaining the latest models to helping me choose the perfect plan, she went above and beyond. Lexx was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Kudos to AT&T for having such an outstanding team member!
Lexx was very rude. She cussed, yelled and called us names. She lied to Winston the manager over the phone. She threatened to cut me up. There is not enough room that will allow me to write the whole incident. I called the police so we could file a report which they did. Lexx should be fired. Winston heard the whole conversation because he was on the phone while she was doing it. If he doesn't fire her the owners of this anex should fire them both. AT&T already has the complaint
I came here recently and was assisted by someone named Lex. I needed assistance paying a bill and I had a question about my account. Not only was I assisted with my issue. Lex showed amazing customer service skills and really took the time to understand my problem.
Amazing store would highly recommend!
Alex was very attentive to our needs and dealt with us accordingly. But he went even further by recommending a plan less expensive with the AARP member discount than we had! That is an employee who does the most for the customer and who is an asset to AT&T!
Lexx my girl, both her and Luis has been my long time ATT fam since Tampa. There is no better team. Ask for them
Where do they hire thease employes, if you dont want questions to be asked by the the people dont work here, and i think they have a daycare inside also.horrible customer servise
I stopped in with issues with my iPhone and a young man named Luis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. He was able to fix my phone very easily. I will definitely be in again very soon to get a family plan with my children!
It’s because of customer service representatives like Luis why I stay with AT&T! He was amazing! He was cool, calm and collective. He heard my issue with my iPhone 14 out and resolved it so quick! He made the experience so easy. Thank you a million times for hiring Luis!

Came in to this store to upgrade a stolen/lost phone and Luis guided me through the process to an unbelievable deal on a brand new S23 Ultra. His customer service skills and professionalism were second to none! Thanks, Luis!
Current manager doesn’t do his part, walked in a couple times to return something and the employee who sold the item to me said I needed a manager present to return the item. I go in the next day and the manager has a different employee tell me that I can’t return the item because his workers didn’t do there job correctly. That’s embarrassing and not professional.
I traded in a iPhone X a year ago for a iPhone 12 max. The phone was 1,088 plus tax
I had 36 installments of $30
Come a year and a few months later. I still have 36 installments to pay? I am confused I didn’t get anything for my iPhone X? I better get $400 off…
If I could give zero stars I would! Make sure you read the fine print of your deal because they’re liars. If I known half of the things I wouldn’t have switched. Very unprofessional! Oh when they say your first bill is going to be higher make sure you get a print out of that before you leave I was under the influence that it was a 35 dollar activation fee but my bill came out to 198.00. Went from 80 plus 35 to 198.00 that is a huge jump. Thankfully customer service did help me but the two associates in this store including the manager was no help and said they couldn’t do anything. So beware there just trying to make commission and will say anything to get u to sign.
