The Hialeah Gardens store is great! Emilio was friendly and super knowledgeable. He made sure that as a first responder I got all the discounts and benefits available. He helped me with every step and device and the manager was so courteous, he even made a Cuban colada which he shared with customers. SUPER PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was lied to by the sales reps to get a new phone by them telling me they’ll take my old phone as credit and was told I can take my phone home to try and pass photos over since they give you 14 days to turn in the trade in phone. I came back after 10 days and was told they can’t take it anymore. I was then told by Efrin that I can either pay to fix my old phone and turn it in for value or return my new phone and there’s no wiggle room when it was his own employee who made the mistake.
