AT&T Store, Brooksville FL

Horrible management. When things are messed up they will blame you for their mistakes and than won’t refund you accessories they sold you. Jon the store manager is very rude and can’t handle speaking to an upset customer with any politeness. Even the guy helping you has to apologize for how rude the manager was to you. Would not recommend. Go to a corporate store they are nicer and know what they are doing

I can not speak more highly about the excellent customer service my husband and I received at this AT&T store. Jose, our customer service representative, went above and beyond for us. The District Manager Joe came out and helped as well. Actually, everyone who works at this location was super sweet, professional, but personable, and really walked me and my husband, neither of whom are the most tech savvy, through everything. We will always return to this location for any and all of our phone, Hotspot, wifi, etc issues. Couldn't have walked into a friendlier store and environment. Just A plus service, but even more than that, a personal connection and real kindness. If anyone needs a local at&t store this is the one to go to.

Caleb and Julian are amazing! I came in here to ask about my broken phone and ended up lowering my phone bill by 100.00! I didn’t even know about the discounts that applied to me. Highly recommend this store and Caleb and Julian!

Walked into at&t with the intent to upgrade my phone. Jeremiah was prompt to meet me at the door. He got into my account and informed me that my discount was no longer working and needed updating, which he took care of. Also he easily handled my upgrade for me very quickly and efficiently, and also processed my trade in which got me 800 off my next phone. Super appreciative of Jeremiah and his expertise. Would highly recommend this store for your at&t needs.

Amazing customer service at this location! Caleb was very helpful with the whole process of switching carriers and trading in my old phone. He helped us tremendously. He was very informative with promotions and also helped transfer everything from my old phone too my new phone.

Our family & I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store in Brooksville on Friday, June 23rd. We had to get several phones switched over, added a new account, and swapped numbers. Caitlynn, the assistant manager, did an incredible job the entire time and Daniel, the store manager, helped towards the end. They were courteous, patient, and professional. Jeremiah was super helpful throughout the whole process of switching carriers and upgrading/trading in my old phone.
