AT&T Store, Jacksonville FL

Had an issue with my SIM card preventing me from receiving texts or calls. Tiffany the manager knew how to fix the problem and called advanced tech support to get the SIM reset so I could get my phone working. Great customer service and knowledge

Went in to buy a new phone and set up a whole new account.there was quite a few bumps in the road between the multiple phone calls to customer service and lack of direction provided, when i took my phone into the store and asked for help after explaining the situation, Tiffany was so quick to offer assistance and made sure she would be there when we needed to come back to ensure the process could be done quickly and efficiently.amazing service, amazing employee!

The new Manager, Tiffany, was extremely welcoming and spent the time to help us today. She was efficient and friendly throughout our experience today in the store. Best AT&T locations have ever visited in the 20 years as a customer.

There is no other AT&T store I would ever go to. Josh and his crew took care of my husband and I not once but twice. Every time Josh was very patient and very informative to us each time. There is a closer AT&T store to us but I would travel miles just to go to this store because of the customer service. Thank you Josh!

I went to this location to get an upgrade yesterday had a great time not only great customer service and great team work from all employees, Tiffany made the whole experience so easy and quick and made it enjoyable the whole time I was there, she explained everything very clear and got me best deal within budget! Visited this location to upgrade our phones. There was no wait. We walked straight in and got exactly what we wanted. They had our desired phones and accessories in-store. The staff was knowledgeable and super kind! We actually had fun with chitchat and learning new tricks on our phones. We will revisit again next year for our next upgrade!

We came in and had a very big activation problem. But Tiffany and Josh stayed with us for an hour and a half trying to activate our brand new IPhone 15. They really made us feel like we weren’t trouble or to much. Very sweet and kind hearted people. Really felt the help and it was successful in the end.

Just had a pleasurable experience with Tiffany and Lu at this location. I’ve been having issues with my phone for months and they quickly provided a remedy within minutes. First off this is not a ATT corporate store it is an independent dealer. When I went to get a new phone the girl working there told me that my trade in is worth 800 dollars. She convinced me to get the I phone 14 pro the most expensive one they have and told me that it would only cost me 2.00 a month for two years. Come to find out that was a lie. I talked to there district manager and they said they were going to give me the 800 for my trade because they only gave me 150 for it. I have been talking with him for now over a year and still have not got the money they promised me and told I was going to get. Save your self the head ache and go to a corporate store so you get the right answers.
