10Kat was awesome. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We purchased two phones and transferred a number which was a lot!
My mom needed to upgrade her phone as it was a dinosaur. We got there at 1030ish, and we were the only customers in the store. We were greeted and helped by a wonderful associate, I believe his name is Austin. Anyway, he was extremely friendly and most importantly, super helpful. He spent a lot of time asking my mom what she wanted, if there was a specific brand she was looking for and showing us the different phones he had in stock, then taking the time to transfer everything over. (which was a hassle because everything that could go wrong, did, lol) Austin had the patience of a saint, which put my mother's mind at ease. The store was very clean, the music was not too loud, and the TV had a good game show on. My mom walked out of there with a new super updated phone and happy. Score one for Austin!
Kat was the store rep and she was great! She was very patient when it came to transferring everything from my old plan to my new one, we were able to get me the iPhone 15 pro and watch and the price was just what I asked for, I did not wait long at all for any help. 10/10 recommend anyone!

Frank the manager is top notch and an awesome guy. Came in with a cracked screen and it took him two hours to transfer my info to the new phone. He was working blind with my cracked phone and finally got it to transfer the data. If you need stuff like this done he'd the one to see. Personally I hate ATT but this guy has my respect. Thanks to the both of you for staying after hours to help me out
Kat at the 10430 US Hwy 441 store in Leesburg fixed some long- standing issues that two AT&T stores back home in NC could not. Diagnosed a texting problem, reset network settings and then caught me up with all updates - all while we were out doing our errands. Very concerned and considerate - at 70, I am not used to understanding digital troubleshooting, but she managed to do that, too. Thanks for having such a great employee!
AT&T store in Leesburg had a bad experience! Salesperson charged me a monthly fee to trade in early 18 months. Never told me about it and do not want. Did not set up new home proerly! Only took time to sell not to take care of customer. Took it back today and was informed of $55 stocking fee and charge monthly to turn back in early! Never told of either yesterday! Not happy
