AT&T Store, Starke FL

Only one guy was working and he had a little bit of a line of people. I had a problem with my phone and he pretty much said if I don't have their additional insurance there is nothing he can do. When I went to the Gainesville location they walked me through getting a hold of Google and getting it repaired under warranty.

The store was clean and the AT&T representative, Jesse, was awesome at his job and made the process of getting a new phone fast and simple. Hardly no wait time. Would recommend.

Second trip in and still my issues not solved. Apparently if Jesse is not at work at this store, no one else can do anything.

I had a very good experience with Darrel and the ATT staff would highly recommend this store and staff. Darrel is very knowledgeable and skilled and very pleasant and professional to work with could not be happier.

The employees here are so awesome, very welcoming and make you feel welcome, Jesse and Darrel helped out so much and got us awesome new phones and service that works amazingly! 10-10 highly recommend coming here for phones and service!

Jesse was our representative and he was really helpful. He got us in and out quickly and made sure we we satisfied with our experience. He definitely knew what he was doing and even made it fun with jokes along the way. Great service from Jesse and this store.

Had a great experience at the Starke location; the representative Jesse was extremely helpful and informative, while also keeping the environment laid back and comfortable. We were able to upgrade my phone and plan, with little change in my payments thanks to some discounts.

Although I was the only client in the store, the agent rushed my order, didn't give me details about the plan I selected and I ended with a plan that doesn't work for me.

I received a call of apology from AT&T which was truly appreciated. We agreed to talk about a potential solution when the manager was back at work. I called twice as agreed, left a message but never got a call back. I believe the rep's apology was sincere, however I still believe action is stronger than nice words.
