We went here today to order new phones for my husband and I. Fernando was excellent to get us what we wanted with the best prices available. We each also ordered a BOGO Apple Watch. When we get them he is helping us set them up! Even our dog Zoe loved it. See photo

Walked in, my phone was frozen. I pressed the buttons to turn my phone off and on but it stayed frozen. I tried several times but still nothing. Went to this att store. They were super nice and so helpful. My phone was fixed in no time at all. Thank you thank you thank you!

Do not go to this location. After 3 days of trying to resolve a fraudulent issue with the contract. Involving a rep who falsely represented the deal we would be getting. We came to find out that in addition to The trading issue, there was a falsified additional discount that we did not qualify for and we are now being asked to absorb the cost of that. Despite never having been told this would be added. This is unacceptable behavior from anything claim to be a professional entity. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

FRAUD. This location misrepresented multiple aspects of the contract and deal I signed up for. I was told that I would receive set amount of credit for turning in my old phone. I later came to find out that not only would I be receiving less than I was promised but that ATT doesnoteven offer guaranteedamounts for trade ins. The amount is decided AFTER the phone is recycled by a 3rd party, and can be several hundred less than what the store will promise. DO NOT do business with this store.

Expect that whatever you are told at the store will be completely different once you receive your bill from AT&T. Your bill will be at least 2 or 3 times more expense than what you were told in the store. I went back to the store and they gave me the “loyalty” department phone number leaving me spending countless hours on the phone and still no resolution. Avoid AT&T at all costs.

Fernando and Team were super attentive. Best store in miles. No one does business like this team here in pompano beach.

Fernando handle our issue flawlessly. At&t needs more representatives like this one. Count on Fernando to get things done and quickly.

Yoshi and David were amazing. They were assisting several people and their patience was exemplary. They were smiling and knowledgeable about the products. They offered suggestions and went beyond the call of duty. I will be back here for any services.

Ferno should be the store manager is very patient and good at what he does. Come see Ferno helps me with every single little thing I come in for.

Come see Ferno! Store is under new management. Ive been to every ATT in south florida, and no one ever wants to go above and beyond like Ferno does with us.
