The manager Santiago Rivas received us and assisted us with the problem that we had with one of our phone. In fact we upgraded our phone and we took the insurance. Great service!

I lost business because of your incompetence. I should NEVER had my phone disconnected from the network. You relied on a FAX (your words) without crosscheck to disconnect my phone. Yet you demand multiple ID from me to get anything done on my account

Fantastic service! Brenda P did a fantastic job getting me and my wife set up with brand new iPhone 14 pros. She went above and beyond making sure I got all my discounts after upgrading my contract so I could get my 50 GB hot spot. Definitely pass by this store if you’re getting a new phone.

My account was automatically debited for almost $700 but I never authorized this charge. I didn't have that amount available in my account and my car payment had to be delayed because of it. To this day I don't know if this charge is correct. I have called AT&T 611 several times but nothing has been done. I'm already calling my lawyer to resolve this situation.
