Zhane, at the At&t store on 20 South Krome Avenue is 100% the absolute best representative that has EVER helped me in any At&t store. I usually don't come into this branch but will literally travel the extra distance from this point forward, JUST to have the privilege of this young gentleman work with me on my account or any issues that I may ever have with it. He went the extra mile of helping me recover my main and primary account that I had previously been locked out of for months WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING HIM TOO! OK, please keep in mind d that I had been trying for months prior to this to NO avail! He did not only help me get into and rescue my account, but he helped me get it onto a new and upgraded phone, he helped me secure it and he did it ALL BECAUSE IT WAS THE NICE AND RIGHT THING TO DO.and just because he noticed and knew how. This dude is freaking AMAZING and I would honestly recommend ANYONE come see him at this branch if you need someone who cares to help you work on you At&t account. I do not leaves review, we'll, ever. Yet, this guys earned every single word. I put that on everything. Real talk. Zhane. Amazing. Thanks again man! You are the MAN!

JP and his staff are amazing! I went in to switch from Verizon to AT&T and he made the process a breeze I was looking for a good price and he explained all of my options in details. I got the best deal and phone all thanks to him! His customer service and communication skills were excellent (unlike many places here in Miami)
