AT&T Store reviews
12Thanks to francisco and neil for the help, they was super kind and helpfull, everytime i came to this store they makes my day and give me a reason to come back again if i need something, super recommended
I am cancelling my families ATT contract due to my experience at this store. I was sold the wrong phone due to the mistake of one of the reps. Was told by employees to come back and speak to the manager to make the exchange. I CAME BACK 4 TIMES. Finally got to speak to him and he said that he is going to charge me 55 dollars to replace the phone. THEY WANT ME TO PAY DUE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE. Costing me more money - I did not want to spend even more because untrained reps. Now I’m stuck with the wrong phone for THREE YEARS. Have been with them for years and did nothing. Leaving ATT fort-mobile and better customer service. These people try to steal your money.
Great looking store, staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Francisco was great and the manager Federico did a great job helping me with my phone set up. Definitely coming back to this location
It is my first time in this store and without a doubt I had the best service from Francisco. Thank you very much for your suggestions. This is definitely my trusted store️️️️️
Great service by the manager Federico. He was super friendly and got my phone problem fixed. Best manager I’ve ever had a conversation with, super knowledgeable and on point.
Went in for an upgrade when I walked in I was amazed with how neat the store looked it was well organized and smelled amazing. Manager on duty Federico was great very helpful and very friendly.
This store is consistently clueless and constantly giving out the wrong information. This caused weeks on confusion when I purchased my last phone that I finally resolved. I decided to give them another chance simply to turn in my phone that I had already upgraded at another store. I was told "they don't take phones. " Huh? They offered to mail me a shipping label. He rudely claimed they haven't been allowed to take phones in 2 months. Huh? I left and drove to the store on Colonial and have always had a great experience there. They confirmed you can turn in a phone for a trade in at any store and they weren't sure why the Edgewater store was telling people this.
My 17-year old son visited this store to buy a replacement for his broken iPhone 12 mini. He chose an iPhone 13 for $730 with a 45% off promotion if you pay for the phone in 36 monthly installments. Since my son is a minor and his account is a subaccount of my own, I needed to go in to the store to sign the upgrade paperwork.
The salesman named Francisco told my son that he could pay off the phone in full after making one monthly payment. When I told Francisco that I believed my Corporate discount waived the $35 upgrade fee, he checked the account and said that yes, it did. That sounded good, so we made the purchase.
A few days later, I got my monthly bill and discovered that Francisco lied to both me and my son. The bill clearly stated that 45% off is paid out as bill deductions in 36 monthly installments and the only way to pay off the phone in full is to pay the balance of the full $730 retail price. The bill also included the $35 upgrade fee, because it turns out that my Corp.discount only pays for activation fees on new accounts, not upgrade fees on existing ones. But that's not all.
Francisco had enrolled my son in AT&T's "Protect Advantage" insurance program for $17/month ($20.97 prorated) and their "Next Up" early upgrade program for $6/month. He had never mentioned either program to either of us. He just included them without my consent.
I was able to get most things straightened out with a 45 minute call to a Customer Service manager at AT&T Support; The early upgrade program cannot be cancelled prior to 2 weeks after after the sale, so I still need to call AT&T Support back to get that removed from my bill. More hassle to fix something that should never have happened if the salesperson had been honest. AT&T has enough problems without dishonest sales representatives sullying their brand. It goes without saying that this store has lost my family's business.
The store is HOT! There’s no ac in the store. How can the owner expect customers to shop let alone their employees to work like that? Something needs to be done ASAP.
I went to the store to upgrade my phone and the staff was very helpful and friendly. But the heat nearly ruined my experience.
The entire staff at this store is amazing, without naming any names in particular. Zero bad experiences at this store, they will handle everything they possibly can for you. If you go here, be nice and patient cause you'll get treated even better if you are. If you're agro, call the hotline, ain't nobody got time for that.
Awesome service left with a new watch Stan was amazing and patient with me. Will be coming back
