14I wish I had gotten the manager's name! She was amazing! She listened to me, and I mean she really listened to me! I have been to a bunch of AT&T stores, and seriously, I mean a bunch. I walked out with a new phone on the way, and with her knowledge of the company and their offers, I am paying $40 less a month and info on how to save another $40 a month! Talk about customer service! This lady was also very professional and helpful. I walked out feeling great, not regretting all the I had just spent, lol, really! If you have AT&T, go here. If you don't, go here and get it!

I just had the most stellar service at this store. This store team Yasmine Jocelyn, Xavier, Carlos are incredible, extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. Going forward this will be my go to store for AT&T. Hey corporate office this team needs to rewarded!

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to this AT&T. My husband and I unfortunately had to come late due to circumstances and no one even batted an eye. Everyone was eager to help. They were quick and efficient with all of our questions and helping us out. I am happy to be a customer with customer service this amazing! The associates in were Carlos, Yasmin, Jocelyn. Thank you for making the visit so enjoyable!

Xavier, young man working the store on 5/7, excellent customer service in helping me get my smart watch for my s23, first Net customer I am.update 5/10 second time this store got me. Got my s23 from here and wasn't told of the other cost and now on 5/8 Xavier didn't tell me that along with the $13 per month for the Watch 5 pro there is a $25 fee for service for this Watch. Looking for you young man next time you come to work to explain yourself. THIS STORE SUCKS AS.

I’m 72 and have had an Apple iPhone, my whole life. It seems! Xavier not only was so good on the phone when I called and then he was phenomenal when I got here and I couldn’t leave without writing him this review! He definitely is the best best best, AT&T and everybody’s Techey! Thank you!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Here it is 2 months later and I am still having problems with what this woman did to us. Go to the corporate store in Cape Coral and don't deal with this thief. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. She should be fired so she can't do what she did to us to others. Please be careful and ask lots of questions!
