Nate and Jerry both helped me and I couldn’t be more happier about the level of Service I got from this location by them, they explained everything and upgraded me to new IPhone and made transition smoothly as possible and explained all the new features and offered me everything I needed and all types of services that AT&T has to offer which sounded interesting as well.
Jerry at the 18th Street AT&T Store in Fort Lauderdale was amazing! Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.

They were not helpful at all. I bought a malfubction accessory and they simply refer me to the manufacturer warranty. I asked what will I need to provide when I call device serial number and your receipt. I told rep I didnt have it.u asked if they can pull it from there system. Both reps were lazy and very non chalanr about helping the only customer on the store. As if I was asking for too much. And of course I leave with no receipt and never shown where to fund tge device serial number. I would never purchase anything else from there. Poor customer svc and non helpful actions. They were happy to take my money when I purchased in the same store.
Dont waste your time with ATT cell phone service.
They are way behind in the times with there service and their pricing.
Not the most knowledgeable and definitely over priced.
And they grossly overcharge and nickle and dime you to death.
And worse of all, they dont follow up on anything they say like, I'm having a problem with the service, and they reply we cant fix the problem, but will have are tech department email you with a follow up response.
Twice, they did not follow up.
Dont Bother!
Nate and his staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have only ever had great customer experiences at this location. There is a great team of consummate professionals here
Really worst store ever, would not waste my time going there as the staff is ABSOLUTELY clueless and will take forever just to log in to their system.
Almost cancelled my entire att service cause of that franchised location.
