Liz is an amazing Reiki master who has made a real impact on my life. Dealing with constant pain from an autoimmune disease, and with traditional medicine offering only painkillers, my first Holy Fire Reiki Sound Healing Session with Liz, along with following her guidance, has led to a significant reduction in my pain. I'm eagerly anticipating my next session with her!

I had a facial done and it was the best I have had Liz was so sweet and her presence felt very calm. Her technique made my skin felt so good and relieved from all the tension. I love that the skincare she uses is of high quality and so good for the skin (completely non-toxic). Her holistic approach made the experience even better and my skin was glowing at the end!

This was my first Reiki session ever. I have been researching it for the past year and reached out to another practitioner, but I didn't feel a connection and did not schedule. While searching just three days ago, I came across Liz's business. I called Liz and asked her what would be her recommendation based on my symptoms. She recommended the Holy Fire Reiki and scheduled me for the very next day.

Going in, I was very nervous. As soon as I walked in through the doors, I felt a sense of peace that calmed my nervousness. We started with the voice analysis. It was spot on everything I was feeling and the symptoms that were coming up. She was able to identify which energies were off balance. She provided me with a sheet that explained the emotional impact and what foods, teas, music, and essential oils would aid in elevating those depleting energies.

The Reiki part was not only blissful but highly healing. Liz's spiritual intuitiveness in playing the sound bowls is heavenly. I felt tremendous energy moving through my entire body; the emotional baggage and heaviness I had walking in were completely gone. The physical pain went from my usual seven to a one. As I write this, I have tears in my eyes because I haven't felt this good ever. If you are drawn to Reiki and hear an inner voice telling you to try it, I would say listen to that inner voice; that is God's voice guiding you. From a person who is very reserved about who I let into my spiritual realm, I felt very comfortable and had complete trust in Liz. She is not only very intuitive she is definitely connected to God, and I highly recommend her. Take the leap! Namaste

It was my first time coming to Au Naturale spa, I had such an amazing experience, when I walk in I instantly felt so much peace it smell so good, the facial was so relaxing, it was just amazing, I would definitely recommend my family and friends.

Everything was really great, Elizabeth seemed really knowledgeable on what has been going on with my inner health without me giving that information, but rather by the sound procedures. It was relaxing and best of all i felt much better leaving. Definitely will be back.

This place is unbelievably good! Elizabeth, the owner, is a genuine soul who exudes love and healing. I have attended several Sound Bowl Healings, which have been super relaxing on a deep level. I attended the Reiki 1 Class, taught by Elizabeth who did an amazing job. I also received a facial from Elizabeth today and it was one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever gotten. Super healing and rejuvenating. I am already booking my next sessions! Love this place.

WOW! As soon as you open the door the energy is just so peaceful. I love this spa and it is definitely on the top of my list for places where I need to recharge and reset. The yoga studio is beautiful and they offer a fantastic shop with all kinds of herbs and crystals. The staff is very knowledgeable in helping you to select just the right items for you. I highly recommend Au Naturale for your next self-care day!

I enjoy the spa day, I was having to much pressure on me, so much fatigue and have a nice relaxing spa day, the next day I wake up light, Elizabeth was a wonderful listener, I am glad I come to her for help, thank you.

Just took the Reiki 1 class with the owner Elizabeth and it was an incredible experience! Can't recommend enough. She was an amazing guide and it is clear that she is genuinely passionate for what she does. I have also gone for 2 Signature facials so far and they are really the best- especially the gua sha and Thai poultice massage. Super relaxing overall and I can see a difference in my skin after each session. Clermont needed a place like this!

The love and passion Elizabeth puts into her sessions is incredible. I would also highly recommend her for individuals with problematic skin as she views the skin from inside out. I will start with Liz the owner, she is an amazing human being. The first time I entered Au Naturale she made my expierence amazing. It was like greeting a long long friend. Au Naturale is what Clermont needed, a space that is light and full of love. As you walk into Au Naturale you are made to feel a sense of calmness and serenity. The space is amazing, nicely decorated and welcoming. I would recommend Au Naturale Spa to anyone who is looking to up their self care to another level. The Vibroacoustic Therapy is amazing and the results was so on point. My best is the sound healing reiki session, I try not to miss this class because after each session I feel amazing. I intend to start taking Yoga class and trying the breathing session all avaiable to Au Naturale.

This spa is so unique! It has so much to offer for everyone. I’m in love with the atmosphere, it’s so peaceful and quaint. The staff is so friendly and Liz is the best there is!
My skin has never looked and felt this good with the daily product regimen and routine maintenance Liz has me on.
