AUBI & RAMSA reviews
17I love ice cream. I love ice cream so much that I bought an ice cream maker and learned to make some pretty epic flavors (corn, avocado, olive oil, matcha, coffee, etc). Having tasted so much ice cream, I can say that AUBI & RAMSA makes some of the BEST ice cream in Miami! I especially love the Jack & Chocolate, and their alcohol-infused dulce de leches makes for a delicious topping for your home-made pancakes, oatmeal, or.your finger. ENJOY!
We enjoyed innovative ice cream here after a dinner one night at Tablé by Antonio Bachour…. Aubi & Ramsa is in walking distance in Design District.
We can highly recommend the Japanese Pearl Drop Champagne Sorbet made with Veuve Clicquot champagne. It is delicious!
A cool ice-cream shop that offers alcohol-infused ice-cream and their Belgian chocolate ice cream with the Macallan 12 years is delicious! The espresso martini was a bit too bitter for my liking but the white russian made with coffee liqueur with belvedere vodka was tasty. Will go back again to try other flavours.
5 vegan options! I tried two (Japanese raspberry and passionfruit mojito) and they were amazing. I like how the alcohol balances the sweetness.
Best ice cream I’ve ever had. The alcohol makes it fun, but honestly just the ice cream by itself would still be amazing.
Awesome experience at Miami Design District, visiting from Michigan and want to try this ice cream.
The Dulce de leche flavor was so good and Rocco was very nice and knowledgeable.
I tried many different variations and love them but I can say the mango tequila is out of this world. The place is gorgeous and the attention top notch. Strongly recommend them.
In the Miami summer heat, you NEED something to cool down & this is it!
Some friends and I came here for an afternoon pick me up. David helped us pick out flavors, and gave great recommendations. The Coco Loco was our overall favorite, followed by the Passion Fruit Margarita. The ice creams are organized by liquor, and there’s definitely something for everyone’s preference.
The ambiance felt like a cozy bar, complete with the liquor wall decorated with the pints & their bottles. Will be coming back to pick up a full size pint for home!
This was my first time here. The service was good We ordered "The Lucky Brownie" and it was good. I will be back again.
Beautiful place! Delicious ice cream! And great attention! It was my first time there with my family, and the guy was super friendly and the ice creams are one more delicious than the other! 100% recommended and we will definitely come back
Small batch made artisanal ice cream and premium booze, it's a match made in heaven! Aubi & Ramsa, named for owners Matias Aubi and Rafael Ramirehas who spent eight years studying how to make ice cream with the liquor inside of it have your fix in the Jade Alley in the Miami Design District. They also have stores in south Florida and Tampa and in New York and Nevada.
The cute shop is set up like a bar where they can make all your summer dessert dreams come true. They serve 20 flavors in a 3.7 ounce size for around $12 and pints sell for $20. Ice cream and sorbet are infused with beer, wine, and spirits. Creative flavors include Kentucky Crème Brûlée, a crème brûlée ice cream made with Maker's Mark and caramelized sugar sprinkles, The Coco Loco, a coconut cream ice cream made with Don Juo Blanco and coconut flakes, The White Russian, a coffee liqueur ice cream made with Belvedere Nola and English toffee bits, and Lucky Brownie, an Irish cream ice cream made with Carolans Irish Cream and bits of organic brownies. They offer seasonal flavors and they can custom make flavors for events and parties.
After intently studying the menu I finally decided on a champagne and sorbet combination, Strawberries and Rosé, a strawberry sorbet made with Veuve Clicquot rosé and St. Germain. It was actually one of their vegan selections and it was so fruity and refreshing. I sat in one of the chairs set up in Jade Alley and had a little mini vacation while I enjoyed my treat. $11 is a bit expensive for what is basically the size of a push pop but it was made with quality ingredients and was absolutely delicious and this is the Design District after all, home of Fendi and Prada. I definitely would be interested in trying some of the ice cream flavors. Everything comes prepackaged so sadly no samples: (Oh and if you do know one of those parties that is serving this, please invite me!
This was a very cute, gem in the cut.nice vibes on the inside. A nice stop to make if you need to cool off for a bit.
A little hard to find if you aren’t looking for it.
Was really impressed that they had VEGAN options. The sherbet was good af!
Great place for a quick refreshing while walking around design district
It’s an ice cream store, but the real deal of the place it’s all about the liquor.
You can ask for several options of whiskey, bourbon, tequila, cognac and many others
Definitely not for children.
It’s also a great spot for your IG pics
Staff was knowledgeable. The ice cream was good. Had a hint of alcohol to it. I'm not sure how to rate this, the icecream was good, but I didn't get buzzed (I had a large tub that I consumed to myself). I guess the main draw to this is the alcohol infused desert, otherwise why pay such a premium for icecream. Ymmv
Brilliant idea (alcohol infused ice cream) and great selection of “cocktails” Heard of them in NY and was glad to check out the original place
We thought the ice cream was great. But the customer service left a lot to be desired. The clerk ignored us for a long time before serving us. And the store was nearly empty. This was on 4.20.22
We loved the ambiance, music and the different flavors of ice cream. The taste wasn’t overpowering the ice cream…it was just enough to bring each flavor together to make it a smooth taste. My favorite was the Key Lime Margarita…so far. The server was very sweet. I did not get the chance to get her name. We loved it so much that we bought a pint and finished it in one night and was so disappointed that we didn’t buy more. We’ll definitely be back. I also did a review via tik tok: thee_celebrity
