Auburndale Clinic- Florida Department of Health in Polk County

Their dental department is a JOKE. Why can't you make an appointment there? Why do you have to call a call center to make an appointment? And why do they have limited new patients appointments a month that's divide between them Lkld and Haines City? I mean the call center DO NOT know anything. And if you need to speak with the ppl at the dentist office you have to call the call center. ‍️ and you waiting dang near 10 minutes for the call center to pickup. And when they transfer you it's problems with the phone line. This clinic has gone down dramatically.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Almost out of medicine and getting no help from this place.

You can tell that the women who work for WIC hate their job. Most of them are rude & very dismissive. Always giving you the run around about something. This WIC office is by far the worst. I absolutely hate coming here.

You have to take a number just to make an appointment with WIC or apparently to just get the phone number however my daughter has been trying to call them for a week no freaking answer all she needs is a appointment and these dumb people can't even do this they back there talking like they don't see people out here

Sat here for over an hour with NOBODY here ahead of me for my daughter's immunizations while I watched multiple employees on their phones, sitting and walking around, joking.no one is here and I asked if any of the other nurse's sitting around doing nothing could help and apparently none of the nursing be staff knows how to give an immunization. Soo if that tells you anything.

Call to make an appointment for dental. I wouldn’t call if I didn’t have to. I explained that I had a bad infected tooth and was in pain.they could care less and told me to call back in 1 month

The staff member who called me back on an immunization record for my child was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with concerning medical needs! I don't work in the medical field and am not familiar with Florida SHOTS protocols on all the do's, don'ts and laws. This is not my child's primary medical facility - I was only interested in getting a copy of his shot record since his primary was backed up. She was a mean spirited individual and I hope she learns to have a bit more patience and empathy with the human race! Some phone etiquette wouldn't hurt either!

Rude and dismissive staff. Unhelpful. Dental department provides almost no service. Completely useless location.
