Although I did not buy my Audi A3 from this dealer, I have been a loyal service customer; always a great experience; user friendly, work completed on time at a fair price; I’ve had the same advisor:
AJ Bird; he is knowledgeable, professional, and a friendly regular guy; the main reason I’ve continued to use this dealer’s service department.

Jesse in sales was amazing and I honestly feel he worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted with the terms I needed! AL the finance manager was terrific as well! They have 100% earned my business now and in the future.

Wonderful experience with Giancarlo Lopez at my service today. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and was able to answer my many questions. He actually went the extra mile to provide me with very detailed information regarding a later service. He monitored the work on my vehicle, and kept me updated. Would give zero stars if I could, Spoke to Brendan over 2 weeks ago, sent him an email about a week ago with no response. Says that he will solve the issues I have had with the purchase but there is no follow through. Sold me a damaged, dirty car. Would not recommend to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional. Continuously talked over me when he was talking to me on the phone, barely let me get any words out without trying to correct me and tell me I am wrong when I am not.

We bought our 2022 Q8 used, and it came with a couple scratched up rims and quite a few paint chips. Just brought it back in to them last week to get it fixed, and Giancarlo did such an exceptional job making it look brand new. He went above and beyond to perfect our vehicle. Thank you so much! Once there for the service appointment I was told that it will took them one week to see the car for diagnostic, no lender available just a ride back home. That’s something that could’ve been said when I called for the appointment.

Luana always takes care of me. Not only is she pleasant and professional, she's knowledgeable and resourceful. She goes out of her way to make sure the job gets done. She keeps me abreast to everything going on with my vehicle and isn't pushy when pointing out other services that may be needed. I strayed from this location but won't do it again! Oh everyone else is nice also.

This was my first Audi buying experience and I am glad it was at Audi Coral Springs, thanks to Mike Rakowski, and Nigel Pereira! Mike had helped me custom order my Audi RS3 and gave me updates about my car from the moment the car landed at the port to the moment the truck entered the dealership. I was able to come to see the car before it went into PDI and while it went through the PDI process, they had the paperwork going so that I could be in and out of the dealership. They were attentive to my every need! I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough!

Worse service experience. Nothing got done. I woke up early and no one had the courtesy to tell me that you have a shortage of advisors and wasted my entire day. We pay for our service not the other way around your company stays in business because of the customers. Learn to run the ship right or sell it to someone that can.
