Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Nick was efficient, communicated well and made the car buying and trade in experience seamless.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would! Brought our 2011 A5 for diagnosis and repair of a convertible top that wouldn't close completely. Rather than force it ourselves we took it to the "experts". We were told at the counter that cost of replacing the top would run about $5 - $6,000 and agreed to have it diagnosed. While assessing the problem the mechanic broke the back window and destroyed the headliner. Dealership now says it will be $18,000 to repair the damage! Or, they'll give us $2,500 for the car. The car was worth about $12,000 with an operational roof. Subtract the $6,000 for a roof replacement still leaves $6,000 not $2,500! And what else did they damage that it will now cost $18,000 rather than $6,000? Shady, dishonest and unreliable! Do NOT trust them to stand by their work!

All work performed as quoted ($1200 +) This was the first time that I got my car back without it being cleaned! I was disappointed to say the least…guess their “customer care” has changed!

Sebastián was my service advisor. He kept me informed of the status of the vehicle. Will definitely be back for my service or repairs.

Patrick has been my service manager at Audi for some time and is truly exceptional at communicating my regular service check ups, handling flat tires, and other issues that have arisen and is absolutely enjoy to work with. Regular service may be less expensive somewhere else but I trust Audi and the team Immensely. They’re in efficient and well orchestrated team!

Very personable service staff, clear communication, they go out of their way to find the least expensive solution. They stand behind their work - I bought a used Audi there, and the wallet size emergency key included along with all the manuals had not been programmed. Months after purchase they programmed in the key (actually requires programming all 3 keys) and didn't charge for it. There is a reason I keep bypassing Ft. Myers and driving all the way to Naples, and it's not just the free coffee and snacks in the comfortable waiting area.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with from the test drive, to the vehicle order from Germany, and through delivery. He was present and responsive, highly knowledgeable, completely credible, astute, communicative and respectful. Jeff is clearly a skilled and devoted member of the Audi Naples organization weighing customer options on behalf of the dealership. This is my best of 3 buying experiences at Audi Naples; RS5, R8 and A5 cabriolets. I have no hesitation offering Jeff an enthusiastic 5 star review, and I am pleased to be back.

I can’t emphasize enough to recommend Audi Naples to have your Audi serviced. I also recommend Andrew Sanchez and Mr. Malaise; the two representatives who go above and beyond professionalism to make sure you’re a satisfied customer.

I can’t say enough about the Service department at Audi. Justin, Andrew and Chris (the entire staff) goes above and beyond for their customers. They are very thorough and truly an amazing team!

Sales person Dorian went above and beyond trying to a deal together sales manager was terrible couldn’t buy a car there.

Tried buying a car from this dealership. But like every other dealer these days they try their best to make you part with your money for the benefit of their pockets. I don’t need the optional protection service. I don’t need the prepaid maintenance. Yet they want you to buy it almost at gun point. You have to buy that or you don’t get the car. Is like you’re being held hostage. This is not a long term practice that makes people want to deal with you. Is a dumb way to do business. You are on the car selling business. Not on the hostage demand business. Kudos for not adding an ADM but adding 10k worth of must buy options. Stay away is all I can say.

Ok, It's my first Audi car from Audi Naples but in the same time it's a car number 7 from the shiny star (Kyle Harsh). 6 when he was In Vw Naples and now I joined to Audi after he moved to Audi. I am sure he will be a Shiny star in Audi sky as he was in Vw Sky. He's an awesome, amazing, knowledgeable, professional and caring guy about his clients. He listen well, always very helpful about his clients needs and that makes me his client since 12 years ago with 7 cars. Even if I moved to Orlando since 5 years I still come down to Naples to get my cars from him and doing my maintenence in Naples because they make me feel at home. Great team, great dealership.
