Audi North Miami’s customer service has always been consistently great. The staff is personable and accommodating. My assigned Service Specialist, Gino Abass is the epitome of excellent customer service. I personally recommend family and friends to Audi North Miami because of Gino Abass.

UPDATE - I ended up selling my Audi because the Audi Service at Coral Springs sucks. However, I would like to restore my 5 starts and thank Audi North Miami for the overall great experience I had with them. I had a small unplaisant experience as described below but overall, great dealership; expecially the service.

Previously gave this dealership 5 stars, now reducing it to 1 star. I have purchased my Audi A4 back in 2017 from Audi North Miami and had an amazing experience with the sales person at the time, Chris Deal. The latter does not work there anymore. I recently wanted to get a used 2017 Q7 they had for my wife and was in contact with a guy named Frank Enzinna. This guy is a flake. We started talking about the car and bargain about the price a little, the usual when buying a car. We were going to get the car at any rate and was just trying to get a lower price if possible, and wife started to get exited. Suddenly, Frank was no longer answering to e-mails and just went off radar. I tried to reach him several time without luck. I had to contact former sales person, Chris Deal, to help me get back in contact with Frank. Once I did, he informed me that the car was sold and if I am interested in another one.

As far as the car being sold, that's really fine with us, there are plenty of cars out there and they are being sold all the time. What bothers me is that the guy didn't even have the decency to inform me that it was being sold. I hope Audi North Miami will fix these kind of issues. As for me, I turned to Audi Coral Springs.

Walked in on a slow day at the dealer not knowing what to expect and we were greeted by Zaur Novruzaliyev.
It was a GREAT experience all around, Zaur was great, he provided a very relaxed and easy environment for buying a car.
I would say if looking to buy an Audi and in S. Fla definitely pay him a visit.

The service was provided on time and meeting my expectations in terms of quality. The only reason I don’t give a 5-star rating is because I did not receive the inspection report that normally is provided after the job is finished.

Poor communication and misleading process overall. Took 6 days to get my car back for a service that has consistently taken me 1-2 days in the past at other audi dealerships. I called ahead to make sure they had the part I was coming in for. I was told on the phone they did and that they had appointments available, which I scheduled. When I dropped my car off and did the paperwork THEN they decided to tell me no mechanics were available to start on my car for 2 more days. Which completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment in the first place. I received no communication during this time, I had to text my service rep both times end of day just to be met with rude communication and no clear timelines of when it might be ready. Only on the third day did he reach out to me first with an update. Then finally got the diagnostic back to find out they did not have the part they originally said they did. It was supposed to be delivered friday and instead came on Monday (ill give them a pass on that). When I went to pick up my car, the plastic cover underneath was blatantly hanging off clear as day. Took me 20 minutes to get someones attention to fix it, and they had to take it back into the shop to screw it on. It was a poor process overall and customer service delivered with arrogance and a cocky attitude. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I know people are under a lot of pressure but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any audi dealership in 3+ years

Very quick and efficient, I was in and out in no time. The 2 service reps I met with were very knowledgeable and insightful and gave it to me straight and didn’t try to make me buy anything I didn’t need.

It's the people that make a place stand out, and Vernon in the service area, is one of those. As a service advisor, he's knowledgeable and attentive and is always in a great mood to greet you or say good bye. It's a pleasure going all the way up there just to deal with him.

Yelson was super nice and responsive to all my questions and inquires about my car that was in the shop for warranty work. The complimentary loaner was also very nice but I still love my A3 so no switch over for now!

I am from out of state managing a repair for my client who is located in Miami. Parts were needed to repair my client's Audi R8. Luis in the parts department is a rock star! He has provided me with daily updates, fantastic customer service, and wholesale pricing despite my shop not being located anywhere near Miami. 5 star + service! I highly recommend using this dealership's parts department.
