13I believe there is a new manager, because the service and atmosphere is better than 4 years ago.
We brought our vehicle in for regularly scheduled maintenance/service, and Jake always takes great care of us. We waited in the dealership while our vehicle was serviced, and did not have to wait more than a couple of hours. As always, they did a thorough and outstanding job. We are always pleased with the care we receive at Pensacola Audi. Rich is knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes care of our needs. I highly recommend Rich and the Audi Service Department. PS we noticed there is a nice selection of new Audi’s in the showroom!
A+ service department! Christina in service was awesome! She rushed to greet me on arrival even before the advisor, who was also rushing out to greet me. She was also the last to escort me out to my car to make sure everything was perfect. The whole service department went well above and beyond to make sure that I had no other choice but to smile. Thanks to the whole team!
Special thanks to Dean Vette that treated me like any issue I had was his top priority over anything or anyone else. He's obviously the inspiration from where his team gets their above and beyond ethic.

Benton assisted me with service. I called on Monday, my car was dropped off on Wednesday. I received a video within a couple hours showing me what was wrong with my vehicle. My car was ready for pick up on Friday. Super quick, especially since I was coming from out of town. Very easy. And I got 10% off! Thank you!
