The doctor Ralph was very informative and checked everything that could possibly be checked he was excellent

Had a hearing test. The doctor first worked on my current hearing aids to get them working the best possible. The doctor explained the hearing test process and what they looked for.

After the test which was very complete he explained the results and suggested I see an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor to address possible other issues that might be interfering with my hearing before even looking at new hearing aids. He also suggested I take my hearing aides to a place that handles my brand to see if they can get them working at 100%.

My positive experience seems to be consistent with others. I read some of the negative reviews and am not sure what happened with those people. I surely did not experience any problem.

Also was not pushed to get new hearing aides even though I was ready to buy new ones.

I highly recommend this place. If something changes I would edit my experience but can’t see that happening.

Ralph was very informative and very caring. I truly enjoyed my time with him. I would like to thank him again for taking the time to meet with me.

Employees are well trained and very helpful. The technician is very kind, gentle and helpful. The office is always clean, spotless and fresh. I have been a patient for over 6 years and am looking forward to a new and improved set of hearing aides in the near future.

Dr Ralph was caring, patient and informative as he educated me as to my hearing deficiencies and the causes. He took his time to explain my options and how to utilize my hearing aids to best meet my needs.

Doctor was perfect. I took my 82 year old aunt and he was so kind and patient with her and gave us great solution.

Services and qualities of the hearing products available to my persinak hearing problems. I was happy with his information and look forward to being a long term client

Needed a hearing test performed knowing my hearing has been off. The staff were amazing. Friendly, pleasant, and honestly listen to your concerns and questions.

I brought my mom here for the free hearing test. It was so worth our time. She received the gift of hearing back. After Ralph set her up with her new hearing aids, she realized just how many sounds she was missing out on, from birds, to traffic. Conversations are now at a normal level, she’s not feeling isolated, and she’s even able to hear movies now. I would recommend this place 100%! Front desk lady is sweet also!
