Audiology Associates of North Florida– A Division of Tallahassee Ear, Nose & Throat (Satellite Office) reviews
16Dr. Nolin has always been very professional and friendly. I am glad that she has helped me with the maintenance and tune-ups of my hearing aids.
No wait, new hearing aides are great, wonderful audiologist who explained everything so clearly. We have a followup to be sure these are the ones I want. I couldn't ask for more!
All the details of my hearing aides were explained. Detailed instructions on cleaning and demonstration of same. This was especially good for me. A very pleasant experience and very thorough. Answered my questions without my asking. Obviously they have done this before and it inspires confidence. I came to the right place.
The people who work here are friendly and professional. The doctors are great. My only negative comment is scheduling. I wish appointments could be set to be no more than 10 minutes before being ushered into an exam room.
Dr. Van Oss changed my life. I permanently lost 75% of my hearing overnight because of the flu. I knew how expensive hearing aids are and that my insurance did not cover them. I am a teacher and was considering a career change because I could no longer here my students. Dr. Van Oss gave me information on how I could get hearing aids and did not let me leave that first visit without a loaner pair. I just completed my second year of teaching since the hearing loss and everything is back to normal. I owe so much to her and this practice.
Dr. Whitaker was great, very articulate and informative. However, I was sent an email through an email system that requires a password, which I don't have, or a token. I've called their office twice over the last three weeks with no success. I'm guessing the email isn't all that important.hope not anyway.
Mary Ellen Neely thinks out of the box to find solutions to our problems. She installed extenders to secure my hearing aids. She takes the time to listen and is well informed about all aspects of the product!
Wonderful courteous staff. Excellent care from check-in to check-out. Dr. Whitaker has a wonderful bedside manner with my youngster whom has a little white coat syndrome.
Attentive, professional care by friendly audiologists and staff. Helpful consultation, clearly communicated. Thank you!
Everyone here is so caring and compassionate and good at what they do. I feel in the best hands here. Five stars.
Dr Rachel Lynch is awesome. She is friendly yet professional and knows exactly what she is doing. She has helped me. She is gentle and kind, especially knowing that she needs to induce the vertigo during this particular procedure. I trust her. She is a good doctor.
I have been using Audiology Associates for over 15 years after I suddenly went deaf in one ear. Mary Susan Thornton has been absolutely wonderful and continues to be an excellent hearing provider. She has kept abreast of all new advances that apply in my situation and never hesitates to contact me to let me know of any new options. She also is acutely aware of the financial costs and is always trying her best to provide care in an economical fashion.
The staff is always friendly and attentive.
I would recommend Audiology Associates without reservation!
Staff could be a little more responsive to patients needs. I really like the ENT I am seeing, just could not get in to see him when I really needed it.
Took my great aunt there for her ears and would you believe it was a wonderful experience she really enjoyed being there and them helping her if you have an opportunity of going there because you have a ear throat or nose problem check them out they are wonderful people wonderful staff good clean environment.
From first appointment to the last, I have been treated with utmost courtesy. Mary Sue and Pam explained all well and were patient and caring.
Mary Susan is always amazing. The office is welcoming and everyone is always easy to work with.
Update: my yearly follow up visit and hearing test was again top notch. Everything is done so well and everyone there is great at what they do. Their caring spirit is obvious from the moment I walk in the front door.
