Jack Adams set me up with a new and improved hearing aids which has helped with my hearing deficiency. Jack also explained how the hearing aids will improve my hearing. I went to an audiologist years ago concerning my loud tinnitus and was told hearing aids would help some with the tinnitus, but not stop it. I was discouraged and didn't pursue the hearing aids.
Years passed and I was asking my family and friends to repeat more often. So, I decided to make an appointment with Jack Adams.
The office staff were friendly and attentive. The hearing test was quick and efficient. In two weeks, I returned and picked up my new hearing aids. He took time to explain how they worked and made sure I understood. I was overjoyed he added the hearing app on my phone. I don't use a lot of technology, but it's so simple to use. With the app on my phone, I can easily manage the background noise and control sound level with just a few clicks. No one knows I am making adjustments.
Before I left the office. I sat in the parking lot in my car for a moment to take in the new sounds. I couldn't believe how much I missed! When I got home that day, I was a little startled at first with the clattering of the wind through the palm trees. I went back outside to enjoy the new precious sound that I hadn't heard for a long time.
The tinnitus is gone with the aids and had improved without them. I will be eighty this year and so happy I went to see Jack Adams. I would highly recommend him!

Our initial experience was very good. The office even texted me to let me know they were running a little behind in their schedule which I was also. So this relieved some stress as I was rushing to get there on time.
Still considering options for hearing aids before deciding which direction to go.

I am a new client for Audiology Consultants of SW Fl. The audiologist, Jack is very hands on and exlains evrything that is changing in hearing aids. I am wearing the new Whisper AI hearing aids and they really makes a difference. We are going through the adjustment period where Jck is listening to my pros and cons and then making adjustments to eliminate the shortfall.
The Whisper aid is very unique in that they are making new adjustments every few weeks to improve my hearing loss. The quality of the sound is much improved from the old aids I had been wearing. The last adjustment allowed me to hear the telephone directly through the aids.
Try them you will love them.

No matter what my problem is, Jack is willing to help solve it. He always makes me feel like a decent human being. I am 94 and don't like to wear hearing aids. But at the same time I am very thankful I can hear using these hearing aids. Thank so much
