The speaker part of my hearing aid had broke off, I went to the office not knowing they were closed for Easter on Fri, they happened to be in the office and took care of me, I apologize for showing up unannounced but thank you for still taking care of me.

Darlene and Bill take a personal interest in your care. They know the hearing aid business. No need to go anywhere else. I am a very satisfied customer.

These two professionals are friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their field. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years, and this was the first time that I had a buildup of wax in my ears. Bill was gentle in removing the wax and also allowed me to see the process on the screen… Wonderful! Darlene then came in to introduce the newest hearing aids as mine are reaching their limits. She was well informed on the the model I needed. I highly recommend them!

Due to Covid restrictions, I had not been to the Audiology and Hearing Care of SWFL office in more than 2 years. Came back for a visit and got more of the same great service and warmth and caring. Dr Ballew and Bill spent 90 minutes with me problem solving and making sure all is as good as it can be for me.
I am grateful for their concern and appreciate having providers who really care. I love the small office as compared to the corporate operated practices where money comes first. At Audiology and Hearing Care of SWFL, the patient comes first.

New patient and I've worn hearing aids all my life. Never have I had an audiologist spend so much time with me on testing my hearing and cleaning my hearing aids and ears. I'm young and need my hearing at its best, and Bill and Darlene go above and beyond to be sure I'm comfortable and my hearing aids are working for me the best they can. Bill fitted me with the Lyric hearing aids and I'm blown away by the sound quality but also the attention to detail and follow up from Bill, making sure they're working better than my previous aids. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
