The Best. He has come through for me so many times when places like Publix have failed. I would recommend AUM pharmacy to anyone and will continue going there for all of my needs.

I can't tell you how much I love this Pharmacy from the very first time I went there he took care of me like I was family unlike the horrible service I received from Walgreens this location is 45 minutes away from my home and once I get my car back out of the shop I am going to transfer all of my prescriptions out of Walgreens and it doesn't matter how sick I am I will drive the 45 minutes to get to this Pharmacy the only bad thing is that they are not open on the weekends so if I get sick on the weekend I will be start getting my prescription from Walgreens which I give them zero Stars but Pharmacy is definitely a 5 star Pharmacy

I've been going to walgreens for over 20 years & have never changed and I hate them & their customer service. I recently went to this pharmacy & have never had such a fast, courteous service! I am definitely going to be a returning client! Thank you so much for actually caring and taking care of me!

This guy is the most convenient and fastest and pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. If a prescription is called in, it’s filled within seconds. There is zero waiting. He’s also delivered medication to my home when I am unable to leave from being on a work call. My doctor called in a prescription to him at 9 AM at 9: 01 the pharmacist called me to tell me it’s ready to pick up. Great local independent business.

Vipul is absolutely wonderful. He always has a smile on his face and fills my prescriptions faster than anywhere else in town. And the customer service is spectacular. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this pharmacy!

AUM Pharmacy is the best around! Like that hometown feel. They are always fast and efficient! If I don’t call for a refill, they call me! Never had service like this. They have a life long customer, that’s me!

We use them every month very quick great prices very very friendly love this place stumbled on it by accident about a year ago maybe longer time goes quick lol but I recommend this place very quick very friendly great prices and ALWAYS HAS MY MEDS never any issues love this place won't ever use a CVS or Walgreens AGAIN THEY SUCK COMPARED THIS THIS PLACE

Came in. Made a joke about AC as i had walked here from my dentist appointment. The man said he didnt like the joke. Then kicked me out before I could buy my vitamins. Unreal how aggressive and rude the man was

I called my Doctor at 9am to get meds for a condition I have that flares up now and then. He called it in and Aum Pharmacy called me within the hour with my prescription ready. I'm on my way to feeling better already instead of waiting two days for the mega corporation to fill my order. Try and get that type of customer service anywhere else.

I want to give MAJOR props to Aum Pharmacy. Here is the back story about how I stumbled into their place yesterday. *long post alert*
I recently started a new job. Prior to starting I went into a local pediatrician office (where my daughter WAS a patient) they were doing the Covid vaccines there. When I got my 1st shot I explained that I needed a late appointment so I wouldn’t have to miss much work. They gladly scheduled me for yesterday. I made arrangements to leave work a half hour early because I had to drive all the way from Waters Ave.
20, YES TWENTY minutes prior to my appointment (and it was also confirmed the day before) they called to cancel me. They said “we can’t open a new vial just for you and waste vaccines, people no showed! ” They were super rude and unprofessional. I reminded them why I cannot come back another day and they seemed not to care. Had they called me even an hour prior to my appointment, I wouldn’t have had to leave work early & wouldn’t have been so upset.
In the mix of all that my sister told me to call Aum to see if they can give me my second vaccine. Without hesitation he said yes! He was super friendly and was able to accommodate me within minutes.
I told the office manager aka the Dr’s husband at the pediatrician office how incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional they were. He agreed and that was that.
Thank you Aum Pharmacy! You saved me from missing more work at my brand new job.

Never reviewed a pharmacy but this place needed one. We came for the Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine and it was the epitome of efficiency! Excellent staff and service.

Mr Patel at AUM Pharmacy goes above and beyond to help my family (4 of us). I will NEVER use another pharmacy. Walgreens & CVS just treat you poorly and are down right rude! With Mr Patel at AUM I don't ever have to worry or stress about my families medication needs. If you want an affordable and family oriented pharmacy go to AUM!

Mr. Patel and his staff have done two things the other pharm's couldn't, or wouldn't.
1) They deliver my scripts. Accurately, every time!
2) They bring all of my scripts in one trip, every time!
They are friendly, polite, and aggressively customer service oriented, every time!
