They don’t know how to do their jobs. They just stand and talk and not do their jobs.the food isn’t fully cooked waste of my money and time

Amazing pretzels! I come in sometimes and they are always making fresh pretzels! The customer service is the best there and they have pretzels always available! I recommend anyone with a family or friends to visit because it’s absolutely amazing pretzels! Always the best!

Long wait but the people working were so friendly and helpful. Good experience and delicious pretzel.

Sometimes the girls I work with will bring me something from here. But the pretzels have been super over salted and the mini pretzel dogs are either undercooked or burnt. And last time they didn't even give them the right sauce.

Terrible service, line was short but wait was forever, Connor the cashier was very rude and condescending, told me that I was not listening to him - did not have any pretzels, when I said OK well we would like a pretzel how long will it take? He said seven minutes you probably don’t want to wait that long.so because I did not wanna stand near rude Connor for seven minutes we settled for the cup of pretzel nuggets instead
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my daughter absolutely loves them and she didn’t mind waiting in the line

A pretzel place Out of pretzels go figure? 10 minute wait for them but they had pretzel pieces which I was told by the cashier that it was exactly the same except was more portable but costs a dollar more I asked to honor them for the same price of the pretzel instead of having to wait I was told no couldn’t do it seems to me like a scam to generate more revenue well it didn’t work on me they got no $$$$ and never will because of bad business practices.

Very bad service, too many people who do not know what they are doing, 2 registers 4 cashiers and only 1 guy actually cashing in and talking to his coworkers so he made a mistake. I love auntie Annie’s but it’s a shame service sucks And lines are long at utc

We ordered 2 pretzels and paid instantly for them, took 35 minutes to get them done. They then said they simply forgot to make them.
They did not try to make things right, just gave us what seemed raw pretzels on the inside.very disappointing
