Auntie Anne's reviews
6Auntie Annie has lost her mind, she’s charging $8.90 for a cup of pretzel bites with pepperoni and cheese. The small which is 60% less is $8.10. I can order a two topping medium pizza from Domino’s for less money. This is corporate profiteering, I mean “inflation” at its worst
Went today at 12: 00 pm. Didn’t catch the name of the rude worker who seemed so unhappy that he had to even look at me. I ordered a number 2. The pretzels were cold and stale. The coke was flat. I had to ask for my sauce. Still left a tip and just felt bad after walking away. I will never go back. I remember good Auntie Anne’s I’m sure they’re still out there but definitely avoid this one!
There is a black girl with a nasty attitude! How can you hire people like her? She makes everyone angry and gives auntie Annie’s a bad name!
Got a regular cup of pretzel bites and cheese. Took them to Verizon while I waited for my phone to be fixed. Halfway through eating them I find 2 Curly black hairs on my pretzels. After my Verizon appointment, I walked back to get new pretzels. The girl at the counter, named Jay, accused me of lying and didn’t believe me about when I bought the pretzels. When I told her I bought them just a half hour ago she says “well I don’t remember serving you, ” as the kid who did serve me was sitting right behind her, remaining quiet. I told her the kid behind her served me, she rolled her eyes. When I asked for a new cheese, she refused to give it to me and said I had to pay for it. When I told her the pretzel with the hair was dipped into the cheese, she still refused to give me a new cheese. She continued to refuse to give me the cheese like it was going to be deducted from her paycheck. She had a horrible, disgusting attitude and truly has no business being in front of any customer at any business. I would be embarrassed to have her employed at my business.
The young lady working the checkout got our whole order wrong and had an attitude the whole time. Went back to get it fixed and she still had an attitude problem and proceeded to make me pay for sauce i asked for before checking out… definitely needs a manager to take over and check out some issues going on with the employee working there. Will not be back to this location. Never had anyone around my age (20s) treat me that way with that kind of attitude when she is getting paid to work at this location and take my order. She got my drink wrong and the whole order wrong.
I'll preface this by saying that Auntie Anne's is my all-time favorite restaurant, and I've never had a negative experience until now. Stopped here for a pretzel while I was waiting on my phone to be repaired at Apple. Just wanted a regular basic salted pretzel. They didn't have any pretzels. Told it would be about 20 minutes before they were finished. What kind of pretzel shop doesn't have pretzels? That's like going into a Starbucks or Dunkin and them being out of coffee.
