Had a lease here that just ended. Facilities and accommodations are great. Courtney and Greg were always good to me and helped with any issues I had.

Went for a tour today & the leasing manager wouldn’t even show me the pool or gym because I didn’t want to sign a lease ASAP! I was in & out of the within 15 minutes; felt like I was a hassle that I walked through those doors

I moved in a little over 6 months ago and I've been pretty disappointed. The place looks nice, but don't let that deceive you. The maintenance team is one of the worst I've dealt with. Nothing gets done without taking months. Since I've moved here, the hot tub has never worked, the gate on the back of the complex has been chained up because they haven't fixed it for months, I had an issue with my shower door and it took 3 months to get it fixed. The gate to the parking garage has been broken on multiple occasions and that took 3 weeks to fix. Every single repair is just so slow and never seems to last. I've never had this big of an issue with maintenance at any other complex. It's so unprofessional.

The only thing that this apartment complex has going for it, is the design and the look of the place. Everything else is pretty shoddy. Landscaping is well kept and my actual unit is very nice and I'm happy with that. The gym and sauna is also very nice (but the light in the sauna has been broke since I toured the place a year ago). The biggest gripe I have is that the maintenance team needs to be completely replaced and rebuilt from the ground up.

Consistently had issues with my water bill, was being charged $90+ a month while living in a one bedroom alone. I only lived in the unit for 12-15 days a month because of my work schedule and had my neighbors telling me their bills were never over $30 a month. Wrote emails and placed calls to Carol Dollar the property manager who provided no response or help. They even took the final water bill which was $103 out of my refund deposit I was owed. Good luck if you have a problem living at Aurora.

Had a great experience upon arrival to the apartment after a very long 2000 mile drive. Courtney Davidson was at the office on a Sunday and helped me get set up with everything! She helped me get set up with my portal and got me a storage unit for my excess stuff. After a long trip to Tampa it was nice to work with someone so friendly on all the admin things of getting started in a new place. Overall everyone on staff has been very friendly and accommodating

I have lived at Aurora for 2 years and have enjoyed my time there! Everyone in the office is helpful and the facilities are kept up nicely.

We recently moved into our new home at the Aurora! We are so happy here. If you are looking for a Great Place to live look no further! Stop in and see Gregory Laursen he will give you an Amazing Tour of the Community! Gregory has been there for anything we needed and always pleased to help in any way he could. The amenities here are so Great and Gregory will take the time to show you them all!

I have been living here for just over 2 weeks so far and I love it! It's definitely way more than I expected and just beautiful. It's also perfect for me and my friend as the new USF medical school is literally right next door and my girlfriend's work is less than 15 minutes away! Also, shout out to Gregory for helping us move in so quickly and efficiently. I didn't know that kind of service existed! Definitely a huge help!

Have to rave about Gregory the assistant property manager, if you’re going to live here or just going to tour it, ask for Gregory, he’s the freakin best! You can just genuinely tell that he likes his job and always goes over and above to help out his residents. Gregory needs to be promoted, he’s the one that’s always working, and is definitely a main reason why this place remains at capacity.

Not worth what you pay. Wouldn't live here again.

*Staff has been friendly and helpful. I was unhappy with the apartments for a while, and things are by no means perfect, but I have changed my mind about not recommending this place. Solid location, good staff. There are worse places to live for sure.

Aurora is amazing have been there for almost 2 years and can’t express how much I love it here! Am trying to get all my friends to move here! The management staff is absolutely wonderful always helpful and positive! Love carol she’s great along with other staff members! She always available and just a pleasure to be around! Will live here for as long as ican!

Was looking for apartments in the downtown harbour island area, was very happy I waited and didn't settle on any other place. The building is very nice, modern, and amenities are just what I was looking for (gym, sauna, pool, hot tub, grills, attached parking garage.) Front desk was extremely helpful in helping getting everything setup and very accommodating.

Aurora has a great atmosphere. We moved in back in May and I have nothing but great things to say about our residence. Alejandro, one of the leasing agents in the building is very professional and friendly, he always helps us out when we need something. Every time we’ve had an inconvenience in our apartment he submits a ticket right away and everything gets fixed.

I moved in about a month ago and have to say that Gregory Laursen is so helpful. He is happy to help with any issue. He made choosing Aurora a breeze even though i had not seen the place before signing a lease. He took videos and answered all questions quickly and professionally. What a great experience!

Gregory is the best! I’ve moved in and out of class A apartment buildings for 5 years and Gregory is by far the best, he is fast and always happy to help. I was on the edge of moving out of Auora at the end of my lease to explore other options, at the time I lost my unit to a new tenant due to dely of re-signing, Gregory helped me to secure my unit back and I am so glad to stay for another year.

We originally found the Aurora complex on-line as my son was starting a new job in Tampa. The downtown location and amenities it offers made our decision to lease there and it turned out to be a great idea. I was impressed by the level of security and the grounds of the complex. We got in touch with the office and Gregory Laursen was our agent in this process. He was extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He truly is an asset to your business!

This was the first and only place I toured when moving to Tampa. The location could not be better and the amenities are awesome. Extremely new and clean building with its own parking garage. The entire process from application to move-in was incredibly easy. Gregory was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Would highly recommend this place to anyone considering moving to the area.

Out of all the apartment we toured in downtown Tampa Aurora easily had the best amenities and is in a perfect location. My significant other and I have lived here for several weeks now and feel very at home. Gregory Laursen has been especially helpful with any questions we have had and really made us feel welcomed from the start!
