It is refreshing to know that when you place a call for information or for help with a problem, a real person will answer the phone. Bryce Barter never failed to answer or send a quick text that he would call right back. He was quick to respond & very helpjul to resolve a problem that one of my real estae clients was experiencing. I will definitely send more clients his way.

Great People and Great Service. We had nothing but smooth sailing and fair rates while we were in Florida, even after we transferred out of state Bryce was able to assist with minor issues that came up from our transition to a office up here. Highly recommend for any insurance needs.

A superior customer service experience!

At one point, after finding me two great quotes, I picked one.

Bryce came back and profusely apologized stating there would be a little delay because now an underwriter at my “company of choice” had inserted themselves - and declined me.

The reason didn’t make sense to Bryce and he had escalated it to management within Austin Park Allstate.

One of the Austin Park Allstate managers reached out to my “company of choice” to address this new underwriter’s decision, which wasn’t clear or correct.

Austin Park Allstate quickly (!) confirmed the 2nd underwriter was incorrect, and I still free to bind my policy with my insurance “company of choice. ”

And then, at the last moment, we had to change something and Bryce rolled with all the changes!

Bryce is professional, knowledgeable, unassuming, and polite.

You couldn’t hope for a better agent.
