Can you please tell me your new address because you guys aren’t on main st anymore and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone

Food so good! And if you don't cook on the holidays they will for you. The only downer is they not open enough and when they is get there early or you'll be waiting. But its worth it been coming here for years!

Love their food. Only complaint is sometimes there workers aren't friendly when they are busy. You feel as if you're bothering them if you ask them anything

I come to Florida 4-5 times a year to visit family and to eat here.it is sooooo good

I'm sure that the food is good considering how many people were in the restaurant, but the front counter service was unbelievably rude. I have never in my life been treated like I didn't even exist when standing at a counter to order food and give them my money. I guarantee you I will never step foot in this building again.

Best soul food! Seasoned to perfection! Almost as good as Mom's. (Almost). Smile. Professional, friendly staff. Great prices.

I ordered the seafood mac, for a party I had, and it was delicious, all my guests loved it, and kept asking where I got it from, I definitely will be back for my next party to get it again

This Conch salad is the TRUTH! Please don't waste time and money going anywhere else. Austin's is THEE place to get down home southern cooking! Dine in or to-go. The bistro can't even compare to Austin's!

I have dine at this establishment on more than one occasion an although the food is tasty the customer service can be better. However i chose to eat there on this particular day which was Thiursday and the restaurant was a little mformed me i coyuld not return the dore crowdier than usuall, I placed my order and because the desserts looked so appetizing i orderthe strawberry pound cake, so when the young lady grabbed the cake and placed in a brown bag and she gave me the total i asked her how much for the cake and she informed that the cake was 4 dollars i stated that i did not want to purxhase but she informed me that becaused i had touched the plastic i coyld not return ot. I was so upset for i just taught the plastic container which housed the cake and it was a thin slice for four dollars and the customer service really went down hill frim that point. I was very disappointed for i had norecource and furthermore the cake was not good and i was forced to spend 4 dollars for a small piece of cake. I will not ever eat at this estavlishment again for the custimer service left a bad taste in my mouth

Had to leave the South to go to North for some soul food. That's when I'm not cooking my own. Glad to know that they are very close. It was Great!

Very crowded. Yams were delicious. Mac n cheese was a little cold, but it was good tasting.

Food is great. Everyone is friendly. And this place is clean. This is the place to eat in Jacksonville. Jacksonville best kept secret.

I had the fried porkchops and they were probably the best Ive ever had. Loved the mac and the green beans. Corn bread was also soft and delicious. The food was all very fresh and I will definately be coming back with friends. Definately the spot for soulfood in Jacksonville. Havent been to anyplace that compares

As a Jacksonville native, I was surprised to have only heard of Austin's very recently when I inquired about some good soul food close to our home from my mother. They really know what they are doing back there in that kitchen! Everything was seasoned just right, the way it should be when you are cooking for a large amount of people. Food is great, and very affordable.

One of my favorite places to go food is excellent service is excellent I would suggest anybody go there who hasn't tried it one definition for the whole place awesome!

Austin's is the Best! Me and my husband come from across town like every other day to eat here. Y'all should try them out if you haven't yet.

I have been to a lot of soul food restaurant's and I must say Austin's is by bar one of my favorites. The staff is always so friendly and the food is really good, I have tried several item's on the menu & there is nothing bad I can say about anything. If you want to down home cooking with friendly customer Austin's is the place to go.

These folks served me suma the best Fried Chops w/ Mac cheese I ever had in my life. Wound up snagging the 6piece fried shrimp & pork chop meal though. (includes 2 sides). Altogether meal was just shy $20 w/ drink.a lil steep 4 lunch but well worth what u fixin' 2 pay
