Contacted them online. They set up an appointment with me. I get to the appointment, the place is closed. There’s mail there from May 23rd. I text whoever scheduled the appointment and they said that they would fix it. Waited for a while and text back, he says it was a mix up on the scheduled appointment. How? When you set the appointment? I would not recommend. Back to the drawing board.

These reviews are insane! Lol. I called about a car and was told that they are relocating and will be back up and running in a month. I’ll come back and give an update of how it actually goes. So far, at least someone picked up the phone, which is something that seemed to be an issue in the past….

Avoid do business with this place. They are not professional. They only has one mechanic and the rest are assistant. On top of that the
Mechanic not know anything. OWNER IVAN told us that our car done so we paid he and to found out it took 4 month and 9 days. We decide to finish ourself so not due with them.
The owner Ivan is not professional, not pick up phone and not reply text.
The four months we at their lots, many customers complained about Ivan
One said the bought the car one week and the car die.
One said they bought the car and not received registion.
One said the drove 3 hours, make oppointment with the owner Ivan and he is missing, he not pick up phone or reply text. I has more story to tell.
The reason the decide to write this because our hard earning money. People like him let God take care of him. His business will not go distance how he treat the customers.

I got a car from them i really liked it too but two months later engine cracked and they towed it away never heard from them again. I had replaced so many parts on it too

I bought a truck here today. The experience was awesome super easy, no stress nice truck great price and he works with you.

Have to get it star but don’t deserve it. Got text that they had the car including the day of the appointment. When I got there they were closed. Finally got someone and they said the car had just been sold. There was another couple there talking about false advertisement. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This place is the worst I've ever dealt with, I was seriously looking for a car and found a couple on their site I liked, I tried calling, texting, leaving voicemails, opening chat, was ready to buy and needed to know if they could provide a temp tag for me to drive car back to Georgia if I bought one, I was told by an assistant through text that someone from "team" would be in touch several times, Never got a response at all, total waste of time I don't know how they stay in business when they have no communication skills with buyers looking for a car, stay away from them unless you have lots of time to waste they aren't interested in selling any cars I wouldn't trust them at all!

If you know that all listing price are down payment & all vehicles are trash/garbage, then you’ll leave happy paying too much for too little when you go across the street.

Very unprofessional. Arrived there first and door was locked, no one answered the phone. When someone finally came up he bypassed me to help a lady who Arrived after me and left me standing in the rain. When he finally came to help me, conveniently all the vehicles I called about were gone, but was told ones that were $5000 more were available. I told him I just needed something cheap to get by with and when I told him I was looking for a $1000 car that was advertised and had 400 to put down he told me to get out of there nobody would do anything for $400 down. So I left and went to select cars and trucks in Orange Park and left with a vehicle That was in way better shape a warranty and very polite salesman

Auto brokers of Jacksonville Fl there customer service is horrible they texted me about a car I was looking at and then I come to there shop and I’m waiting there for almost 30 minutes with no help then a worker walks past and we ask if there is anyone he says oh idk let me get the manager then he comes out and he is totally rude and I ask him about the car I wanted and he tells me there aren’t any left so they wasted my time basically I would not recommend going here

Asked about a car online, was offered a test drive. Rushed to get there before they closed. Got there and a group of people were just sitting on the front steps. Did not even respond when asking for someone that worked there. Finally got a hold of someone who didn't even give their name. Showed them the car I was interested in and was promptly told it didn't run at all. Why offer a test drive if the car doesn't run? Asked about other cars in the same range and was shown a vehicle that "runs good". They proceeded to try and jump off the vehicle and never got it running. Abysmal service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First, the false advertising had me head over heels until I got there. This place obviously didn’t want to be found. There was no sign up and we passed it up the first time before we finally found it. The prices they have listed on either their site or Car Gurus is not the correct price at all. It most certainly isn’t final. The prices they have listed are down payment prices, and you just finance. They won’t let you buy a car off the lot cash money. My mother and I was so disappointed we left. Also, the main office was on the side of the building, and the lot looked like something they had just put together. No kind of TLC or nothing. Looks just like a junkyard, and none of the cars that I looked at online was on that lot at all. I would not recommend going there, let alone buying a vehicle from them at all unless you like being lied to.

This dealership if it can be called that is only as good as the interior of their business rundown and torn to ruin, they are the most self-centered and aragant people I've ever had to sit down and conduct business with couldn't do his job we bought a vehicle we pulled out and not even three minutes of driving for it to stall out and the check engine light and all the other lights popped up this is a scam not a business your better off anywhere else other than this place.

All the reviews are fake or from the owner relatives and friends.the prices posted online and the inventory are not real, place looks like a junkyard and prices are 3 time the posted ones

I got a Impala from them last year, didn't even last me the first day, then they wanted me to pay to have them fix it, then wanted an Xtra grand out of me for some Xtra charge. Phone goes to voicemail or to someone who knows nothing about the car lot here.they care nothing about you or your family, my family almost died cause the car cut of at the intersection. Smh told them they didn't care or try to fix it, so I spent my own money. Then guess what they towed it while I was at work on distribution Dr. WOW. NEVER EVER SO BUSINESS HERE!
