10Have emailed multiple times over the last few months and tried to call. Paid over $1000 aud for this computer and have received one that was defective after waiting months. We have been trying to be in contact with Andrew but he just ignores us and has left us in a bad way. We have not received a refund or any response from him. Waited 2 months for the computer to finally be sent after we paid for it, then once it got here it was broken after they asked us to pay almost $200 in shipping. Now he doesn’t reply at all. We are going to have to go to our bank to request a refund. Super upset with this outcome and upset that I have to leave a review hoping that this business may actually reply to me from me doing this. If we can resolve this I Am happy to remove this review
Got my ecu arrived at 1130.went to lunch and Andrew had the security issue with my ecu fixed in about 30 minutes.great service.and a great guy to deal with.this is my fourth time using his service and its always on point.
So far So very good. Andrew addressed all issues that I have with my initial pcm, For a 1996 Dodge Ram and Replaced it with an updated model year and I was skeptical of it working correctly. Well it's working amazingly well. Truck electronics are working so much better. Thanks

They WILL waste your time!
They lied to me several times.
First, it'll take them 3 to 4 days to take a look at the module.
Then, another day
Then, an hour.
After a week, they NEVER even take a look at the module that I sent them.
One thing I really like about Andrew but that he does what he says and says what he does very knowledgeable on computers he took my computer out of my truck and reprogrammed it fix all the issues that I've been dealing with for years would go to the car dealerships. One visit to Andrew and all my problems were solved I strongly recommend contact Andrew with any computer issues for automotive and also household this man is on the money phenomenal and he doesn't waste your time or your money
These guys are awesome it took Scotty five minutes to determine what was going on with my computer I would give these guys 10 stars if I could great customer service
My local mechanic said the computer (ECM) on my van was probably dead and recommended i get another one. I did some research and found ACP. I called the number and to my surprise the call was answered by Andrew, it was Easter Sunday. I shortly explained what was happening, called him back the next day. 3 days after my new ECM was on the way, programmed with the VIN# of my vehicle. All i had to do was to put it in place. My 20 years van runs like new!

Dealing with this place for 3 months. Kept giving me the runaround and charging me more than they said for a product that doesn’t work.
Really good guys, very quick and fast response and work. My 17’ Jeep had a code that didn’t came out trying a lot and they found out the problem and fix it. I will recommend this shop for any Computers need.
