My salesman was Abel. He helped me out a lot even when I become frustrated he had so much patience. He helped me find a 2020 at a reasonable price. I would recommend Able and auto express to anyone.

Abel was amazing and went beyond to get me into the car I wanted. The entire team made sure my experience went smooth from start to finish. I wasn't even there for hours and hours. They knew I had to leave to pick up my kids and made sure to handle everything In a timely manner so I wouldn't be late. They even helped get me a cheaper insurance quote then I was able to get on my own. I am a very happy satisfied customer and will definitely be sending friends here! THE BEST CAR LOT! I worked with ken and he listened to exactly what I was looking for and got it done! Everyone was so nice and customer service was great, he answered all my questions and made sure he stayed in my budget. I’m so happy with my car ️

BEWARE! This lot sells flood cars from LA and TX that had no insurance on them so the floods are not reported on the carfax. I bought a van from them for myself (a single mom of 4 kids) and explained I needed a reliable car. I put 5,000 down and $410 a month! Rip off I know! Within the month the tail light went out and that costs $100. Then the battery was not for the car, Broke down out of state and that cost $150 then the transmission for $2800! Before I even had it a year then 3 months later the engine blew! Never have I ever had trash like this in my life. Every shop that looked at the car on a lift said it is rusted out under neath because it was a flood car from Louisiana. I bought the car in 2017 and it was a 2014! Do not trust them. I have watched them continue to bring these flood cars in and clean them up and scam people with Westlake financial who has massive lawsuits again them! Stay very far away!

Our sales rep earl did a sensational job with me and my wife. He took the time out to find us a vehicle that fits our budget and at the same time still stylish. So in all I give our shopping experience a five star rating.

The service was great. Fernando was my rep, he was really nice, patient and very helpful! Ken was great also very nice. Great experience! Got a really nice car and very satisfied.

I was having issues with getting my car refinanced because of issues on my end, however auto express credit was able to get my payments lower than what I was paying and I’m very pleased. My sales representative Earl Robertson was very friendly and did a great job making things work out in my favor. The staff and management here was very helpful.

I fell into a bad situation with a different company. I went into Auto Express Credit not knowing if they can really help me in my situation. However everyone from (Kimberly the manager) to Abel my sales rep was extremely nice and patient. He stayed with me until after hours and made sure I drove out with a car.
