First visit they installed the wrong windshield, had to wait 3 days, they came back with the wrong windshield, told me to wait a week to order a dealer approved windshield, they broke it when it came in, waited another week only for them to show up with ***the wrong windshield***. Absolutely ridiculous. Lack of communication among staff as I’ve been given a different answer each visit. Taking my business elsewhere as all my safety sensors have been out for a month now and they can’t seem to figure out how to find the parts for my vehicle. Not doing this run around anymore…

After receiving a bunch of grief and failed promises from that nationally known windshield replacement company, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism exhibited from the technicians at K&K Glass (AGN Glass). Job well done on replacement and recalibration! Don’t want another need for a repair but if I did, I would highly recommend them.

Great price my only complaint is the person that was sent out to replace the glass he must have been having a bad day because he was rude and not professional.

They were awsome and accommodating. Kip was honest and professional. And the price was very affordable.

Ford dealership suggested it and they do a wonderful clean work I love it.

Put a new windshield in my 2029 Ram. Leaked like a sieve. When I scheduled repair appointment, waited all afternoon to be told that the tech had a family emergency and I was never told. Rescheduled following day Have spent a total of 3 days so far trying to get this repair done. There is no paperwork provided and an implied warranty. Not very professional
