Very pleased with Auto imports Miami and their entire staff every time I've been there all their vehicles have always been in A1 top condition I've waited for the perfect car to come through this dealership for my purchase, today I found it! I was a little, a lot, nervous wiring 90k to a dealer I’d never met, at a location I’d never been to, for a car I’d never seen, 2000 miles away but the entire experience was flawless. I worked with Sean at AIM, he represented the vehicle and the company very well, made the process quick and easy. Sent me shipping info within minutes of closing the deal. The car arrived two days later even better than what the online pictures showed. Communication was great, even after business hours. I have purchased many vehicles locally and killed half a day plus sitting doing paperwork, arguing charges etc…dealing with AIM was all on line, over the phone, email, and text and took under 10 min to complete once I decided to pull the trigger. We will definitely check with this group next time we are in the market for anything. Hopefully these guys start selling houses, boats, and groceries. Often a great selection of cars conveniently located in Fort Lauderdale. Lot of high end cars but also priced very reasonably. MB’s, BMS’s, Rovers, Audi’s and Porsche’s. Very helpful staff. I personally dealt with Sean, Mr Zee and also Sean the owner, who all really took great care and made sure I could drive away with the car the same after noon. I really like the relaxed atmosphere and not the “stuffy” feeling you sometimes get in a high end car shop. Thank you Sean for all your help! Horrible experience. They shipped me a G63 with a dent in the back tire case and refuse to fix it. I now have to take them to court to teach a valuable lesson. *This image was taken immediately after the vehicle was removed from the enclosure and sent via email to management for resolution.
