Excellent customer service! Neil was very friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue I was having with my truck very quickly. Service ended up being free of charge because it was such an easy/quick fix. Can't argue with that!

Made sure I got my Jeep back on a Saturday (when they were technically closed) before what I knew would be a busy Holiday weekend. The service was impeccable and without question I will be returning to do business the very next time I need a repair - FIVE STARS!

I was so blessed when auto parts opened for business. I have been going to Keith since and I always get the best service. Keith is a straight shooter. He will be up front and honest. I know I would rather have a direct approach to the best way to get the job done and done correctly. He has never steered me wrong. It’s wonderful for a older woman who has no knowledge of cars to have a trusted and top of their game mechanic work on there car. What a great shop. They really helped me out. I was from out of town when my brakes totally went out on me. They got me right in and went to work. What a great shop! They were very professional and top notch. I would highly recommend them for your auto repairs.

Couldn't provide a specific appointment time and wanted me to drop off my car for the day, but I'm traveling solo and can't just drop off my car for a whole day. Not a big deal, just disappointing.

My cars check engine light was on and the car was stalling and spidering they had my car for two days running diagnostics. They said my engine was knocking and it was internal plus a bad wire harness and bad pcm. They told me to come pick up my car that they couldn't help me. So frustrated and mad I couldn't believe that it was that bad I bought it to a dealership in Tallahassee and they said they could help. They had my car for a day and said that it was my camshaft sensor which my car has two of them. They changed them and all of my issues were gone. I don't think there very knowledgeable at auto pros. Think twice before bringing your car here.

I am new to Crawfordville and was skeptical of all the 5s but went anyway.so glad I did.if you are looking for a super dependable, highly skilled, extremely professional shop that is NOT out to rip you off with repairs you don't need.look no further.if I ever move back to tally, you can bet i'll be making the 20 mile drive to continue getting my cars serviced here.heck, I even got a hand signed Christmas card from these guys! Very helpful and knowledgeable, and reasonable prices. It was Halloween, I was dressed and ready to go to work but my truck was having issues. I went to part store to have my battery checked and they said nothing was wrong. Went to a different parts store and they checked the battery, it was overheating, replaced it, however I needed to have my alternator replaced. I took my truck to Auto Pros, they replaced it the same day.

My daughter's car was having issues, she had taken it to a place in Tallahassee and they diagnosed it as needing to have the computer replaced. While she was on her way home she stopped at Auto Pros, they checked it out and it was a fuse not the computer. They replaced the fuse and saved her about 1000 bucks.

Excellent service at a fair price. I've had my vehicle serviced twice here. Ball joints replaced and a brake leak fixed. They are knowledgeable and quick.
