I have a wonderful experience with one lady in this location her name is Gina she actually help me a lot differently to the other lady in the other auto tag in east Broward she listened to me understand me and help me thank you so much you are a angel may God bless you.

Gina was the absolute best. I called 5 mins before I came, she quoted me over the phone. I was in and out in 7 minutes. New plates, registration, title. 5 star review for Gina from auto tags of Oakland Park! Get this woman a raise!

I had great experience with Gina providing fantastic customer service. I don't need to go into all the details here, but our "journey" started on June 8,2023, I finally received my tags via a special FedEx last Wednesday 7/26/03 that she personally handled for me. To say it was a errors upon errors is understatement. All I have to say is she is a person who know what customer service stands for. I don't know who is reading but this lady deserves applause!

I paid 175 dlls for 2 years registration for a motorcycle and 1 year for a car, when I got them, It was no more than 85 dlls total for both, I ask the lady she said was fees, 90 dlls fee! She only gave me back 25 dlls

Gina was so kind and funny, I really appreciated how easy she made the process of transferring title, getting new registration was! I was in there yesterday and I’ll get to pick up my plates already by tomorrow:) miles above the DMV, thanks so much!

Very rude and unprofessional. Called to find out information and lady is talking to me like I’m in the tag agency business. Telling me you know your not allowed to drive without tag on vehicle. How does she know what I know, that’s why I was asking. I was asking is there some type of temporary tag I can purchase while I wait for paper title.

DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. Everyone I have spoken to at this place is nice other than the owner Lisa. They messed up my information on a title registration. Then refused to refund. Then gave me a partial refund and made my life more difficult than it had to be. Instead of providing proof of a corrected error I got a nasty attitude. I told them I did not trust them and Lisa said now you have to trust me. Case in point do not provide this business with you mr information or business.

Whew! Bring some patience if you're trying to obtain an out of state title transfer with this office.

Originally met with Denise - everything was good the day of. Paid $400! That's an important detail because I chose to support this local branch versus going to dmv where it would have been cheaper.not sure if they appreciate that fact.

Fast forward to now, 2 months later, no communication from this office as to an issue with my tags or its processing. No communication at all actually. So I try to reach out.

I reached out 3 times on separate days via their text message system (same way I communicated with Denise previously) - no answer. So I join the corporate hold on the phone. Marilyn, has no problem telling me repeatedly that she has a customer in front of her and cannot talk to me right now, will call me back. Only she doesn't call back. We played this song and dance until I refused to hung up. Come to find out, my bank NEVER RECEIVED any fax from the tag agency that Denise assured me 2 months prior that they had the correct fax information of all banks. Nope! Not true. My bank confirmed the correct fax number. They also confirmed from the point that they do get the information, it'll take a few MONTHS to turn around. Which I had accounted for IN AUGUST when Denise originally told me it would take a few months. DID NOT account for it take a few months from MID TO END of October forward. Pretty much may not get this taken care of until the new year.

Had I not insisted on calling and insisted on waiting on hold for the information I was asking for, who knows when they would've given me a courtesy call to simply say "hey you may want to check with your bank bc it's been 1 month, 2 months since we've heard anything on your transaction"

Nope, that courtesy was never extended but the justification of me needing to be on top of my bank is repeated over and over.

Your customer can only be on top of their bank when the ball is out of YOUR court. The ball IS NOT out of your court when you send a fax - its out of your court when the merchant RECEIVES the information you're sending.

Which leads to another issue. PII! Who have you sent my personal information to if you don't have the correct fax number? !

Didn't think there could be a bigger pain than the DMV.
